I used to practice at a park with my nunchucks and a collapsible tai chi sword and the park sheriff’s said I needed to apply for a permit to use it openly at the park. Thank goodness I ran into strength sides video of rope flow. It has drastically improved my weight distribution into foot work and intuition of pivots towards my martial arts. Not to mention the structure of a tripod in how you make a fist
Within our Māori culture we have a rope with a ball on the end called a poi which was also used as a weapon in battle like a ball and chain but these days its used in cultural dance and performances with different kinds of routines depending on what the dance is about you can also put a weight on the end to give it some resistance.
Been practicing this ..great movement…learned all the basics but now perfecting them..I’m 73 and your products(and I have most of them) really make a big difference in my health and life,,,👍
Looks awesome. Great to see how the rope can pattern gait and movement so well. I'd love to see flowing between patterns and showing us how this practice turns into joyful movement of so many styles and varieties. Unlimited possibilities rather than drills, even if the drills are real useful

Except not true. Mental can as well
This looks like so much fun!
I would love to see a simple walking program. This would be addressing those not interested in further rope but to connect rope/walk
Walking - and running.
