...can you work out on acid?
Yes.
This dude is 50% Robin Williams 50% Jack Lalane!
thats jokes i thought that
And 100% revolutionary
The complexity to this info is excellent! Especially tying in the central nervous system element... really very impressive...
One of my all time favourite videos. I’ve lost track how many times I’ve watched this.
"The rope ties everything together" - I see what you did there.
I am a joke writer and I missed that because I was so gooned by the brain stuff.
I'm coming off a bad knee injury as well as two broken hands. The least I can say is, thank you for your wisdom 🙏
Awesome! You are pure energy 🔥 And moving so fluent, you are like water
Well said, sir. This "rolling rope" technique is something I've incorporated in my rope coaching sessions for years, purely because it is a great way to get repetitions in and sharpen the coordination. It's important to use the core and legs when executing these techniques, which might not be obvious to the naked eye. And THAT, makes it a great practice that many are sleeping on.
Anyway, just acknowledging you for a great video here. Will be looking out for more from you in Instagram also.
Keep fighting the good fight😎

I am so grateful for finding this content!!!!
I like that you understand centerline Sir. Training Wing Chun for over 15 years now. Got what you mean. Can’t wait to learn the rope.
That David and Goliath reference is what im tryna dig on. That move without moving and the knowledge of the ancient Xia
Love this guy! Great stuff! Thanks!
Doing for a two weeks ... my back pain of years ..disappeared
Solid gold every time 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻

Beautifully designed... Its RMT time
Great stuff!!!☺
thank you!
I think this guy lives under the bridge down the street from me. I feel like I’ve had this conversation before.
Beautiful
I couldn’t learn anything from this man. I’d be on the floor laughing.
Yeah well his training methods are next level. Maybe your brain is not right
Inspirational !!!
He make it sounds like it doesn’t make much sense, I had a couch teach me today and he did and amazing job, how this movements actually tie to your day to day movements ir if you are an athlete. Cognitive and physical work
David is a genius. It was a good laugh how he explained it to the MMA guy... Lol.
You're so funny !🤣.
Robin Williams reincarnated
I have stumbled upon a genius
trying to do this on my 4th hour from picking up doing rope...was not a good idea...3 hours later i still feel like total idiot not being able to do it and all my joints are sore :D
🐐
So you made the Kusari-fundo into a modern exercise tool?
Cosmic.
That was hilarious lol.
Not well but very well simultaneously.
It's fight, flight, freeze, and fawn.
Question on the length of rope. If you're not planning on jumping through the rope, wouldn't it be better to shorten so it's not hitting the ground, or do you need it that long to do all the moves to go around your body and over your head?
Matter of personal preference and which methods you plan to apply. I find that the “perfect” rope length just clips the tops of the blades of short grass (which incidentally I highly recommend learning on grass for this reason). A distance inside the handles of my wingspan + the length of a forearm gives me that length of rope. YMMV.
I feel like he's a either a genius or just high af
high on the TRUTH!
It's not just ropes he is rolling...
is..... he ok??? i dunno. like im stumped.
damn, i dont get this.. the whole method.. but im humble to accept more info and read, listen more about weck method...
Where can I get a rope like that
Http://OctoMoves.com is where I got mine. Great rope!
Just get some 14mm doubles braided ppm rope
I got mine from Weck.
A thousand words , without saying anything
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Listen three times and pay attention to the non-detailed words and then pick up a rope and look at your hands and feet. Then do what Dave does and then go teach what you know. EZ PZ.
Just not listening my guy
A lot said if you’ve got the ears to hear it
So it’s not about actually being athletic, just looking cool?
DF
dont drink the special kool aide at the party
Ha that's crazy, you ever try DMT?
Dude never shuts his trap.
Acid
OK, he is clearly...umm..'passionate'. Or medicated. But, rope flows are fun, great for warmup/cooldowns. Also- standalone 'cardio'.
Or unmedicated as the case may be... But that's the mad genius zone, isn't it? Crazy enough to think in ways others can't, but not insane enough to get locked up!
He’s both.
I added this modality(eyes closed) to Adagio, Andante, Moderato, Allegro, and Presto metronome cadence (Kinetic Melodies).
Combined with Larry Swanson's Neural Network Graph Theory to form a hypothesis for neuron connection generation through infinitesimal infinite intent activation of the somatic sensory cortex.
n^2 --> 2^n
Wow 4 years ago… such bad information
This guy doesn’t know !!
You don’t know.
Have you heard of Poi; that's been around for a very long time? You're not doing anything special here and by using a rope you greatly limit what can be done in terms of movement and coordination....
Very similar but there are things with both exercises that are exclusive, one being that you can mix it up and skip with these ropes as well.
false
Huh. I haven't watched one of David's videos in a few years. He seems like he's lost his mind. It's difficult to watch.
He goes off on tangents. You just can’t keep up.
trainer gets paid by the hour... so much yak yak, the student is patient with this wind bag. trainer would have sold snake oil in the 1800s, or been a 'good' pastor. he needs a real street fight for wake up call.
This is sad to watch and even sadder that people don't realize he's just making stuff up.
You just don’t understand.
