      @Snow Lion not sure if you're trying to say stretching is ineffective or this particular exercise shouldn't induce a stretch on your hips. Either way your advice is unheeded.

      When I'm tight in the hip flexors, doggy is harder. So is step over side missionary.
      Even normal missionary off the knees.
      Basically any position on your knees.

    Body mechanics/weight transitions transfer into every sport ever.

    Were you able to do any benchmark running tests (sprints and distance) before and after and see what the differences/improvements were? Would be interesting to see how much just one lesson changed. Thanks for the vid!

    Side kicks, I think some people don't have hips that let them throw that type of side kicks. Also people that are more knock knee have harder time then people that are bow legged

    2:25 I have NO IDEA what they are doing........... And I'm a barefoot runner/Five finger/Zero drop runner. Aha it's not just running.They are far down rome rabbit hole. If you want to learn to run from square one just loose your traditional trainers and never run in them again. Your feet might bleed your calfves will need extensive massage but just do it.

      Naked barefoot runner here from almost 20 years, usually no shoes at all and FF on trails. Imo that's brainwashing stuff...jeez, unless you are seriously dysfunctional and need proper retraining just go outside and run

      I think he’s saying that once u can contract all your twisting muscles or rotation muscles etc in that dude’s method that you can get the full potential out of the movement.
      Also, “express” in this context means utilize

      - Calorie deficit
      - Cardio and or with resistance training (to retain muscle)
      - lower cortisol/stress levels
      - Good night sleep
      - clean foods (no processed foods or foods high in fructose/sugar/refined carbs
      - consistency, you'll need a regimen thats sustainable in all aspects, it should be a new lifestyle
      - Balance, the mind and body take care of each other, its essential to have both at their best state in order to succeed towards your goals.

      You can't really lose fat in just a specific spot, but you can lose overall fat, that includes your face. Try HIIT training, and remove all sodas from your diet. Don't eat too much fast food, just on your cheat days to reset your metabolism

    One of my so called "Friends" threw a knife at me because this kid hits me in the shoulder I hit him in the chest and knocks his wind out he starts crying and my so called "Friend" says "Now you have to take punches from me with all my might" I push him he picks up a knife tries to stab me and throws it, it hit me right in the mouth I was to scared to press charges or anything.
