I would have liked to see these questions explored even if they only take reorganization and a couple smart locks with no design upgrades.

maybe he can add to the rules that the plants must be watered if renting more than a week at a time😆
@@Ellie_amanda hopefully! They didn't look like any plants that can last for weeks without water
@@Marigold11037 yes exactly so the renting rules would demand the guests water them if they are staying over a week. if they are staying just a few days then Nigel can water them himself (assuming he comes back in between rentals.) or he could arrange a watering schedule that on odd numbered weeks who ever is ther at that time will have to water the plants😅😅
@@Marigold11037 I saw a jade plant and a snake plant which are both drought-tolerant and super common to put in vacation rentals.
@@ReggieUnderbelly ah okay good!
Omg ! You girls are so amazing !! His place looks absolutely masculine & beautiful !! Please more makeovers for men !!
Hey, i have this random question: do you like get pictures of the place before hand so you can like maybe already buy some paint and stuff? Or do you buy everything on location?❤
my guess is that they visit before the shoot to do measurements and such
They for sure plan stuff out. There's no way that in 1 or 2 days they buy paint furniture etc.
I love how both your outfits match all the time. And how it matches the whole vibe of this video. 😍
Due to the situation, I was wondering how many videos you were able to film before quarantine. Or what projects do you have for later?
Nigel is the best! Kelsey and Becky, you girls are getting better and better every video. Love this for you! Stay safe you guys; along with #teamtoobig
yikes those records looked like they were gonna fall off the shelf
Becky’s outfit at the beginning is amazing and I want every piece of it!!!
Yesssss. The sweater pleather combo did something soooo good to her referential humor. She is so funny in this episode!
where did you get that brass full length mirrior!? i've been looking for one like that forever!!
wanna know too, it is gorgeous!
I need to know too
I was watching your video from the first and I look now from where you started to how you are doing right now,I'm so glad that iwent through that with you as a subscriber, you have grown so much so fast with great content and vary topics, when I started watching you I was like okay that's fun but at one point there will be nothing else to diy or handmade but as I said I'm shocked in a good way how this turned to be an amazing entertainment channel and I am so happy for you guys because you have the skills and the passion to fight for your project. Wish you all the luck ❤
I love the color palette in the living room, and the dining area looks so stylish!

Ha! love this makeover girls, you really outdid yourselves, everything just flows together so beautifully, and he is super happy with the end result. Love the smart drawer, that in itself is pretty cool. thanks for sharing this was a fun video I really have enjoyed this series, and I get so many ideas. Love the accent wall, I would love to do something like that in my own home. Thanks again, see you soon, sending love and hugs, bye for now.
I mean, the people who disliked this before the video even starts have some serious issues lol
Great makeover ♥ love the masculine moody vibe !
This was awesome! I'm always amazed to see how awesome you guys do very different spaces and styles and make them work like magic!
OHHH MYY GOOSSHHH this is the exact aesthetic I was looking for in my room!!!
Same! I'm so happy they posted this now because quarantine is giving me a reason to finally redo my room
Loved this makeover! It seemed like you guys had a lot of fun doing it and that Nigel really loved it too!
Loving the countdown! Very dramatic
I keep thinking when doing these makeovers how do y'all not investigate the bathroom first!? To rent out a place you definitely need to have a nice bathroom! 😉 I loved the guitars on the walls. I'm sure Nigel fixed the records from leaning as soon as he could. Very nice masculine makeover! Please try to do more in the future!
I LOVE THIS OH MY GOD
Also Kelsey's second outfit is A LOOK!
I don't think I ever comment how much I love the intro. so quirky and cute and simple
I actually love this. Hess not the stereotypical male living alone. He had a good start (a bed frame.)
Yall added exactly what was needed.
