As a guitar player I can tell you. The utter disregard and disrespect Amber showed towards Johnnys finger is almost unforgivable.

Johnny's witnesses are all joys to watch. Regardless of their professions they are all composed, wellspoken, and respectful and you can actually get insightful information from their related fields as they testify. A stark contrast from Amber's side who vary from suspicious (at very least) to complete batshit crazy.

It's crazy how Ambers witnesses made it hard for me to watch. They seem to be filled with anger and rudeness, just like her lawyers 🥴
Entertertaining to see a man destroy a girl 30 years younger. Numerous women, and men will be coming out and telling the truth about Johnny Depp. I was in Miami since he was 18. Flight Attendant out of MIA 20 years. A 24/7 nappy changer is what he needs, not a wife. Don't know Amber, but I believe God is using her to fight the GOOD fight - as only a good Texan can. I hope the jury noticed that in any of the AH pictures, videos, and audio recordings that she never even cried about her pain or alleged abuses. She was actually the one apologizing and saying sorry to Johnny Depp for hurting him many times then gets angry when she’s held accountable for her action and shifts blame to Johnny.

Honestly and I honestly the judge knows depp is going to win. I think at this point the judge wants them to sink as far in the hole as possible with no sort of branch to help them.

Think the judge just reacts off instinct (if an objection feels right). she is human and forced to make repeated, immidiate, decisions. mistakes are made. I think in the moment she just thought 'that's fair' and just forgot others had been allowed notes.

The differemce is that she was in court, and because of that her documents were able to be reviewed by the opposing side/the court. The hand surgeon was in a video call and the documents could not be verified that they were not a script or other forms of "cheating" or coaching from Depp's council.
Interesting how she’s unwilling to pay any attention to this guy when he’s speaking about her occupation. It’s funny to see that this is a blow to her ego and she absolutely can’t sit there and face it. She literally will not even look at him.

The thing is when i heard the expert in ''entertainment n' or whatsoever talking about a ''star is born'' moment for Amber Heard's part in Aquaman, i really wonder if that could be true since she didnt make such an impact on me when i watched the movie. To be honnest, in this movie i was more impressed by the mother role who even appeared in what is THE best part : the fight in the ''the pit'' (in french it was called La Fosse), basically when he has to recover the trident spear. Other than that, i didnt think this movie was such a success found the red haired girl annoying more than anything And that the romantic development wasnt convincing (cause lets be honnest, after Khal Droggo x Khaleesi Danaery, how could it ?!). Its sad to say but thats how i felt about the overall movie. I discovered that was actually Amber Heard through this trial :')

I mean… I love me some Ms Vasquez, yet the truth is that she did indeed take a similar approach, moving to strike elaborated testimony and also - paraphrasing here - telling the witnesses that the answer they gave didn’t match her question. That being said, she did it in a much more respectful way, not deliberately speaking over witnesses or whining to the judge about how they said more than she wanted to hear (like AH’s atty did).
So true! He's probably doing that cuz he's afraid they'll only dig a deeper hole for Amber to lose this case.

The allocation of lawyers to witnesses by Mr Depp's counsel has been strategically successful. Ms Vasquez goes for the jugular with the salty ones, Mr Dennison let's the witnesses ramble on just enough to discredit their own testimonies, Ms MacDowell has the softer approach. The point Lesley is making is that this doctor was in his own office space and hasn’t even started testifying. But either way, it’s not a big deal, he clearly didn’t need any help remembering.

jonnys witnesses all deal in facts, and its lovely to see them so happy to present their work that thye know is of excellence,
Mr Marks testimony is accurate. Miss Heard only had 3 films since 2018. Two of which were as Mera (Zack Snyder's Justice League and Aquaman 2). She appeared in 11 tv series and 1 tv film. Most is one off guest appearances. The Stand, The Playboy Club, and Hidden Palms were the only ones that had 7 or 8 episodes. Miss Heard is not a big star.
She was also in the movie "Informer"
I don't recall her in any good films .

Notice that this witness being a lawyer stops talking when he hears the word “ objection”, then wait for the judge to tell the ruling and advises him to continue. AH lawyer should be taking notes of an actual objection works in a courtroom n reality. What I heard AHs lawyer telling the judge that it ‘should be allowed’. No wait for the ruling and then speak. She just tries to get it out to the jury and I would have sanctioned here in chambers about proper procedural courtroom behaviour. That’s why they play moot court in law school. That woman is ineffective but JDs entire team are ‘on point’, and spot on with objections.
She seems totally inept. I laughed out loud when she objection to Mr Knight referencing hearsay.... "Objection, hearsay...he's gonna say it again!" That's just ridiculous, amateurish and unprofessional behaviour.

Like they had to shut the man up about the Hicksville trailer testimony when he said that seeing Amber pull Johnny's arm and scream at him while Johnny's cowered gave him a trauma response because it triggered memories of an abusive relationship he had been in and he went inside to avoid witnessing any more of it.
That evoked a sustained objection, by Amber's team, but luckily the jury heard it even though they are not supposed to consider it.
That convinced me even further, I have had a lot of trauma and have that instant gut reaction into fight or flight reaction to similar situations to mine. That isn't necessarily something someone would know to say if it were not true.

Popular approval can result in the industry hiring Depp from commercials to movies, thus earning him a living that he has been accustomed to. In other words he can get back on his feet with or without the court being in his favor.

I'm sure a lot of people on here have probably seen or heard about a RUclips guy called " Law and Lumber" where the man is a lawyer and does carpentry. This man proved how it was impossible for Johnny Depp by holding Amber down on a real wood bedframe that was constructed with the same type of wood that Johnny Depp's wood bedframe was made of, and have Johnny Depp's one foot in a boot, on the bottom of his wood bedframe while on top of Amber tearing her clothes off and cause the splintering Johny's boot created. That lawyer is actually attending in the court room audience! He did a video with Popcorned Planet where he talked about the jury in the court room. They’re mostly asian males in mid 20s-40s. He noted they turned their chairs away from Amber during her testimony. You should watch it, pretty insightful to hear some insight on the jury.

They yawn alright and seem to not pay attention at times. A lawyer who is a RUclipsr as well actually sat in that court room one day to make observations on the jury’s body language etc . Plus they observed AH playing for certain jury members depending on the individual jury’s interest in what she was saying. Was quite funny and interesting
