I get irritated every time the defense says "I've been patient"... Etc... Either object or don't... Making it sound like they have been breaking rules of law for a while before you finally call them out makes you look weak as a defense attorney. You either think they are incorrect or you don't. Make a decision and move on.
Prior is ridiculous. He gets so dramatic when he thinks he's going to land a zinger.

I’m wondering if the law has something up their sleeve and they’ve been waiting until they have Chad’s and Lori’s trials out of the way. It would make no sense at all if she doesn’t get charged.

Chad sitting there like he is an innocent spectator and had no involvement whatsoever . He makes me ill . Those poor children and spouses the only innocents in all of this horror story .

And the saddest thing was listening to the prison phone call with Lori’s sister hysterical asking Lori why if she didn’t want the kids she would’ve taken them. Or the other family members
I'm still in shock that someone would ask someone else to put their house up to finance the defense of the new wife ( first one was just buried), because her two children are missing and she recently buried her 4th husband and the father of the children. That's nerve.
He looks as if he's a student watching and listening to a lecture in a classroom, conference, or church. Disturbing and probably thinking of new ideas for another book about a fantasy/ horror/ religious/near-death experience in a prison setting. Oh wait, that's his reality.

What led law enforcement to check for the bodies of the children on Chad Daybell's property? I wish we could hear from those who were on the case and explain in their words how it all unfolded. Let them take their time to tell their story without the constraints of a courtroom.
I believe it was because they could trace the location of Alex's phone to the property. And Chad's texts about randomly shooting a raccoon in the middle of the day. After all that it was pretty likely they'd find something.
After the trial is over, they will probably do a documentary on this sick sick case.
I missed that part too, thought I lost focus as I was working around the house and listened on earphones, so I repeated everything but still had big gaps in the story. Maybe it will be adressed with a different witness. Must be that.
Even Prior looked unsettled when they said about the Hawaii wedding pictures overwriting Chud's original Family Album.
Anyone else think prior is extra horrible to the police while questioning them
He's throwing everything out and hope something sticks. The extra horrible at police is an attempt to make it seem like a conspiracy against Chad (which is ridiculous) by not charging Melanie Gibb. He's trying to build a narrative that it was Lori, Melanie and Alex. Chad was some sort of innocent bystander. 🙄 To be clear, I DO think Melanie should have been charged for covering for Lori and Chad, but that doesn't make Chad less guilty. I'm confident the jury will see that.
He's extra horrible to everyone. His little tantrum today of spinning in a circle when the judge reprimanded him was hilarious. He looked like a scolded toddler.

I think I missed it but how did the police know to dig up his property and that they might be there? I didn't see anyone testifying to it yet?
I would guess because of the messages from Chad to his wife Tammy about burying a large raccoon in the pet cemetery. Chad was also searching wind direction during the same time they think Tylee was burned and buried in Chads back yard.

This actually happens a lot when clients can't pay their attorney fees. They put their property up as collateral.
Isnt this so heart breaking to see tylee wearing her chain 😭 i know this is going to sound odd but its real ,they really did harm and kill her ❤ how dare he just sit there like butter wouldnt melt he did this ,they did this he should be on his knees pleading for forgiveness ,not that he,d get any .
The photos of her charm got to me.Sometimes parents like to wear or safe-keep things like this, after their child has passed. But Lori couldn’t care less. It seems like she wanted to get rid of anything to do with Tylee and JJ, almost as if they had never existed.
I think that despite us knowing the cold hard facts it's things like that that bring it home how real, brutal and cruel it all was
@@musictomyears6920the way she talked about JJ the first time he was there... "he is super special needs, her drug addicted son had JJ and Kate wanted us to adopt him"....when we know it was Charles who asked his sister to give them JJ so they could give him a family. Lori is so cold it's chilling.
They should be letting Miss Blake do most of this because Mr Wood is like watching paint dry and he's so dull no offense to him but Miss Blake so much better
