When parents of missing children start to talk about how amazing day they spent together and their children loved them, it's almost 100% indication that they're guilty.
I feel it is a huge red flag of guilty knowledge

To this day, I still remember a certain European family taking their autistic girl to a jungle in Malaysia for “a holiday of a lifetime“. Only for her to mysteriously “disappear” overnight and end up missing and found dead 10 days later near a waterfall that “she was looking forward to seeing.” To this day those words “A holiday of a lifetime” still give me a chill.

Ya know Miranda's new song, Wranglers? I feel that Katie set it all on fire. She worked in the military, seth stayed home w sebastian. I have a feeling that katie didn't enjoy being a mom. I feel that she didn't want to be the mother of a child w autism, because she didn't want that responsibility for the rest of his adult life~especially wout a man around to help her. I feel that she was abused her whole life, got braces/new teeth, started feeling better about herself, didn't want to be a mom ever anyway, was sick of chris being chris, and decided that it's her turn/time now.
She sure seems to be into Chris to me and looking to save her marriage by “unloading her burden,” but I ask you why do they want custody of Faith Chris’s daughter? Katie‘l is going to be a mother all over again. It’s doubtful that they will get within 10 feet of Faith- at least I hope that’s the case that she will never see those people again. Chris is just trying to get revenge on Nina he’s not interested in having a child in his nor Katie’s care.
He didn't go out the front door. They put too much emphasis on that tidbit. FRONT DOOR. This indicates it wasn't the front.
I also think that house may have an underground unknown tunnel or an underground entrance/exit on their property or very close to it.
I think the snacks she bought because he is 15, we're to keep him happy on a car journey later that night

I have been listening to a lot of your work lately & I just felt I wanted to say thank you🙏🏻Lord knows our kids & grandkids need people like you, people who genuinely care about all kids & their welfare. I think what you are aiming to do will undoubtedly save many lives in the future.
I live in Wales UK so I tend to watch your videos in the mornings. I feel you make a real difference & I just wanted to say I really appreciate you. I’m in my 60’s now but I taught children with special needs for many years & despite there being absolutely no evidence of a crime, I do not believe that Sebastian left that house without footwear of his own accord. I was briefly entertaining the idea that he may have had a old pair of trainers that he had recovered from the bin & hidden but since listening to the dispatch audio on Michelle After Dark yesterday the policeman clearly stated he was seeing “footprints” so that tells me he left in bare feet or possibly wearing socks & the dog tracked to exactly the same place, the retention pond, using Sebastian’s bed sheet for scent. To me that tells us we know he was alive when he entered that pond so my biggest question that I am stuck on is what the heck happened in that pond because there are no footprints exiting the pond & walking away. That is where I’m stuck because I like facts. Had it been a crime scene from the start tyre tracks would have been investigated.
Did somebody see him & park a vehicle & lift him out of the pond & take him somewhere because as far as I’m aware he couldn’t fly out of the pond so someone must have taken him, but WHO? Who knew he was there? Was there a neighbour who saw him? A security guard? His Mum? I personally am a big fan of Peter Hyatt & statement analysis & his Mum said “I woke him up…..and he wasn’t there” So, I believe her, I believe she did wake him up & that he was alive & that she put him outside in the dark barefooted & so far the facts from dispatch matches this.
KP says the whole family have Life360 trackers, all my family here in the UK use that app too & I know for a fact because it happens to me constantly that the app only acknowledges my journey if I have my mobile data switched on. Well 9 times out of 10 I forget to switch from wi-fi to mobile data & the Life360 app has not registered my journey or that I even left the house. So yes KP may have been speaking the truth that the whole family uses the tracker but that does not mean it tracked every journey. Maybe KP returned home, switched the data on & then went out to “search” for him.

I agree about the pond, during the initial first day search at the pond, one of the cops states they see foot prints leading to or at the edge of the pond. That cop got on his radio and stated to the cop that had searched that area before him, that he saw foot prints there and the other cop said they were his.
My question is … since the first cop had already moved to another area, how did he know what footprints he was talking about? Are they covering for each other (as I have suspected from day 1?) Been known to happen. Plus the dogs hit on that pond area. The dog would have hit on Sebastian’s scent not the cop.

I’m still bothered by the statement. Katie made when she said “when she woke him up, he was gone.” Peter Hyatt says we want to assume people mean something different than what they said. I heard many people say she meant to say ‘that when she went to wake him up, he was gone, but that is not what she said. We cannot assume if she didn’t say it we can’t say it for her.
I think KP has been misunderstood with her "fun fact" breakfast comment. I think she was implying that spaghetti pancakes are a) a thing and b) were a big success and we should give it a try. I feel she may have got caught up with the memory recount, too.
I think Cris crowfoot was there that night, I think he beat Sebastian and Sebastian fought him and caused the injuries on Chris. He told Sebastian to get out of his house I think. I also think Sebastian died outside in the cold with no shoes and no shelter and they found him gone outside in the cold

Sabastian did not run away. Kate and Chris Proudfeets know where Sabastian is. Kate and Chris hated Sabastian. He got in the way and he was telling on Chris and Kate allowed him to be abused.
Simple really.......kids of SA get older and become a liability......the "best day ever" is trying to get them to quiet down, so to speak, and of course won't always work. Therefore, they must be shut up, sometimes permanently.

I love the breakfast comment so much!! Thats my family!! My son showed up with his girlfriend and their dog tonight and asked if they could spend the night ( of course)!! So out came the leftovers and everyone ate !! It's the best day everyday with my kids, no matter what ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Mom of 5 and everyone else who walks in the door!! I've made many breakfasts all hours of the day

I dont know if your familiar with the HORRIFIC CASE here in Knoxville Tennessee about The Chris Newsome and Channon Christian , the parents eventually divorced as most do but the dad joined a bikers club and kinda took a 180 from his nirmal personality, driven by his anger❤ i think thats where Seth is. He needs to be around people out of his norm and even 'bad' people 🤷♀️

Hi Mama D, re Sebastian's Law. You appear to be focused on birth to 12 years.. Sebastian is 15 and so wouldn't Sebastian's Law cover his age? just a thought..
I'm not sure if you were in agreeance with my previous suggestion of including a clause to include special needs and their assessment development age. As a mum to 3 children with various diagnoses including ASD, I can see it being beneficial. I hope I haven't misunderstood or overstepped.

@1111TrueCrime Have you ever considered that KP may also be on the spectrum as she is so hard to read, appears emotionally disconnected, and communication style often comes across odd at best in a very serious situation? Perhaps on a very high functioning end as her occupational knowledge and understanding of military surveillance technology is at a sophisticated level.
I have not followed this case. The first time I saw something on it was a home video of Seb and mom at a games place and thought KP's treatment towards her special needs son felt mean spirited and impatient.
Personally, it's my theory that Seb was overstimulated from the day's activities and maybe KP overmedicated him accidentally...panicked and the rest is whatever/however it was handled.
That's all I have to say apart from I believe that boy never left that house on his own volition.
PS Remember the choice of words Soto's perp choose the expression "just killing time" describing the McD runround? The same way I feel CP said "The best thing ever is Seb left no evidence...poof."

I wonder if Katie and Sebastian actually went to BJ’s, the bowling alley, etc., that afternoon? In some interviews I think she mentions a trip to the grocery store as well, but in others I hadn’t heard about the store but a neighbor said that they saw her come home with groceries I think that’s when Sebastian went to the front door but he couldn’t get in so he ran back to the garage the neighbor stated. But given the fact that these stops were supposedly done with her sister-in-law Melissa I’m wondering if LE has even followed up with those businesses? Whatever happened to the niece? Did she tagalong up until dinner? Was she really even there?
There’s a photo floating around the Internet of Katie and Sebastian having dinner at a restaurant. The two of them are all smiles and appear to be alone at the table or other people are cropped out. I’m confident Katie put that photo out to back up their dinner alibi. Let’s ask ourselves why?

I respect the fact that you want to help children, but the law you’re proposing will never even be considered. Here’s why:
Police cannot compel people to incriminate themselves (5th Amendment).
Police cannot forcibly search a person’s domicile without a warrant (4th Amendment).
We cannot just pass a law to usurp these rights. As a police officer and a detective, I have had to act within these constitutional boundaries my entire career. If i ever were to violate someone’s rights, I would and should be held accountable. Sorry to be a Debbie downer. But our founding fathers thought through all of this a long time ago.
I thank you for your input. I am going to work on something that will protect these kids and in this process of learning, I trust I will be guided to the right path. Passing a Law may not be the end result but the awareness will be undeniable as to the issue that bad parents are not help accountable in most cases and we must work to correct that.

I have done extensive research and read the bible myself. I will say this, Chronicles 2 and Samuel 2 contradict each other, one stating the "Lord" inspired David to number the Israelites and in the other it says "The Devil" inspired David to number the Israelites. I have researched back into the 400 plus canons and which were chosen for the "King James" version and which were ignored and left out... I have a question, why is the "King James" version not a direct "translation"? Why is it required legally to say "version"? What other versions are there? Check out the other scrolls, which are even older that share the full story of Jesus and what his real message is. He says always "LIVING Word of God". Living because the truth is within us through the Holy Ghost and Divine Guidance.
