If they frame someone, they'd be better off framing a dead man because the state would not have to spend the money to prosecute. These cases cost tens of millions to prosecute. Think about it. BK has already cost the state of Idaho 3.2 million so far. Plus, if they were going to frame Bryan, why not put those skin cells underneath a victim's fingernails instead of a sheath? Not only that, if they were going to frame him, why did they fail to keep hair or blood from the crime scene to plant in his car, apartment, parents house, or office? Wouldn't that seal the deal beyond a reasonable doubt? Framing Bryan doesn't make sense in the slightest. Bryan had training up to the PHD level on how to enter a crime scene without taking DNA in with him, and leaving without taking any DNA out with him. She gave an after 2am estimate and considering she is only an RN with a law degree, she estimated it pretty damn close if you ask me. I mean, she had it pegged within 2 hour and 15 mins. Plus, part of her job is remaining a bit vague during interviews. Especially when police haven't identified a potential suspect yet. They are also vague because it's easier to weed out false tips. Molecular Pathology has been used since 2020. This method measures decomp rates in the tissue and cells and if you have been deceased longer than 5 hours or less than 50, it only has a 45-minute margin of error when estimating actual Time Of Death. PCA stated at approximately 4am (keyword being approximately, which is the opposite of precisely) ...molecular pathology comes back saying there's no way they died after 4:30...no way they passed away before 3:45. There's your 45-minute margin of error. Then the cops can narrow it down with cell phones and security cams. But they always start with the science first because science is never the suspect, it's not biased and has nothing to hide. This is also the reason why it did not matter when Cathy showed up on scene. Cathy can't take custody of those bodies for transport to the Medical Examiner's office until CSI is ready to move them to find out if there's any evidence underneath them and when they do move them..the coroner and CSI have to be present to witness it and sign off on it. For the whole frame job patsy plant job theory to work they would have had to have his name prior to the crimes. The knife sheath was found bagged a tagged that same day and sent to the lab. Once at the lab and the dna discovered, it was entered into CODIS where it will be forever on file as BKs dna. Given the fact that touch dna has a short shelf life it got on the sheath not long before the murders. So this leaves two options 1) LE carried out the murders for the sole reason to frame this nobody loser so was prepared to frame him. 2) they knew the murders were going to happen and they used it to frame some nobody loser and let the real killers go and then got local state and federal authorities to all go along with it But I guess some other guy that fits his vague description and drives the same car with no front plate did the crime and just happened to have BKs dna on accident lol. There is no frame job they aren’t covering a conspiracy. The combo of the gag and complete idiots acting like lawyers has lead to all this nonsense
the reason that sheath went to at least three separate labs is due to only the TX lab being able to pull anything off of it. CODIS was a Nothingburger. Initially. THERE WASN'T ENOUTH TOUCH dna to work with, so they went with a non-certified new fangled lab with new tech not yet accepted by LE because the lab is not certified for such a case. Turns out elements of ID LE are into the Protection Racket for the Cartel & stood lookout while this went down. Bad optics for idaho state police. The team can say that as BK ain't admitted anything , so they must demand the evidence prior to assess clients guilt.
That is why AT so strongly protests her clients Innocence, due to the simply unverifiable alibi and the pros holding back on 51Tb of data. ....

He would have ran the Complex Social Interaction lab if he had received the assistantship
Go look up an OPDOC by New York Times- William Binney- NSA whistleblower. He wrote the program for the NSA spy program. He explains how it's so much more than just triangulation cell phone pings. Take care
CCTV at BK residence filmed the suspect vehicle 1 depart at 2:42am depart . Phone signal consistent with vehicle travel lost signal at 2:47am, until 4:48am.

The crazy case needs a insanity plea.
51Tb Tablespoons yet to come.
Lots of white cars driving around that night. The PCA also says “driving the wrong way at the wrong time” or something like that. I also think the wounds will tell a lot.
Yet, no video showing BCK in the car, getting in/out of the car, entering/exiting 1122 with knife in hand...
Yes your right. He said I don't remember. 😂
Like, a million times right? Or “if memory serves 😂
What is up with payne saying hes been with moscow pd 6 years? I thought he was only there 2 yrs
I mention that in our upcoming episode and my face looks so confused! Lol I was thinking that myself. 😀
The unidentified witness may have a right to privacy and should be respected. The person may have a dash camera to verify the scene and vehicles parked.
The DD delivery driver, moments before culprit arrived at scene.
Did they not witness anything , so not talked about ...?
That Door Dash HAS to be key!
So this leaves two options
1) LE carried out the murders for the sole reason to frame this nobody loser so was prepared to frame him.
2) they knew the murders were going to happen and they used it to frame some nobody loser and let the real killers go and then got local state and federal authorities to all go along with it
But I guess some other guy that fits his vague description and drives the same car with no front plate did the crime and just happened to have BKs dna on accident lol.
(the main offenders/taker$)
Guess the state does not want to payout $155M in damages. Too bad.
@@timewa851exactly there was nothing found on the sheath and why did a WSU cop have the sheath for 10 days before being sent off ? No way there was DNA on the sheath when it got to Texas that's why the lab or FBI don't want to get involved in this case. FBI told Le not to use the sheath for arrest funny the FBI lab found nothing either.
@stevebressier6730 I like your sarcasm!
It definitely wasn't sent to lab till at least 10 days later!!!
@@mimi-422 exactly it was over 10 days dawn Daniels WSU cop had it 10 days makes no sense.
Am I the only one who thought the detective muffled his responses to Anne, but projected total different energy towards prosecution.
Good observation! Thank you!
Parallel Construction...This is much bigger than BCK...Bring in the Quad City Task Forces, FBI, DEA agents...
Oh DEA! Yes! I have heard nothing about them. Great idea!
Awesome conversation, amazing views from guilters and conspiracy theorists views. I must say Ima a guilter du to common sense and logic. 1 as stated by the husband, there are just way too many moving parts and way too many people that would have to be involved for a frame job/ cover up. also, the part that’s overlooked the most is bks post crime actions. separating his trash from everyone else in his parents home while under surveillance by the fbi is a consciousness of guilt. I have known no innocent person to behave in this manner at all. Do you all try to hide and separate your trash from each other? i think not
Good points! We enjoy discussing our opposite views and hopefully everyone watching can relate or disagree and create a good discussion. ❤️
Many people sort their garbage with gloves. His parents live in a gated community...Show me the bodycam footage. Oh wait, they don't have it, allegedly. Probably another reason they chose PA to arrest him.
This case was worked backwards.
He was illegally arrested
The PCA is garbage
Plus the fbi told them they are on their own
When did the FBI say that?
Obviously, since final CAST report hasn't been turned over to Defense. The biggest ? that AT has is, "How did you get to my client, Bryan Kohberger?" Show your work. We have been taught that our entire schooling education.
It really looks like the FBI left MPD with draft reports - like they split mid investigation or something … hmmmm..,
I agree with her, they aint under no gag order, that guy might be working for BT.
Can’t put everyone under a gag right? Someone should be talking!
They don't have the murder weapon as far as anyone knows. They don't know if a kbar knife was used or not. The sheath could have been left there by the frat boys during the Halloween party where they were pictured posing with a kbar knife. Seems like they should have been the primary suspects. Calling the FBI on the defense's expert witness that testified how unreliable touch DNA is, seems pretty shady to me. One mistake you made was the cell phone pinging on the night of the murders is incorrect. They said his phone was off. It pinged near his home at 4:45am. Which they claim was him turning it back on.
Oh interesting theory about the sheath! I didn’t think of that or hear that idea! Good one! I’ll correct about the pings! Thank you!
They continued to do search warrants for Kabars after the autopsies, so that tells me that the medical examiner confirmed it was a fixed blade consistent with a kabar
@@Vivianamarie01 or a kitchen knife...
@@chastonburke6558kitchen knives would leave a different pattern when pushed against the flesh based on the hand guard
@@Vivianamarie01 where are you getting the pattern from? I haven't heard anything about the pattern of the wounds. A fixed knife means the blade doesn't fold in. There have been reports of different types of wounds, but not them ruling out all other bladed weapons. So again where are you getting this information?
