    I really really hope the Prosecution brings that slip up in closing arguments. "You heard the Defense attorney, himself, refer to Tammy's death as a murder! No one's denying that, not even him!"

    Notice how Prior NEVER says your Honor....he will only address him as Judge. Prior is so disrespectful and rude. I don't like him as a person. As a lawyer I think he's okay at doing his job.

      I gasped when he told Emma "I can't keep all of you straight, I'm sorry." SIR! Chad's been your client for 4 years!! And you still can't keep his kids straight?? It was so rude, and I don't particularly like Chad's kids, but I was still shocked.

    The stupidity of Daybell’s children, and, evidently, children-in-law, almost made me feel sorry for Dirty (Land) Deed Pryor on Joe Murray’s cross testimony. ALMOST. The other side of me was LMAO.

      I find the number of break time to be annoying for me, but, for the Jurors I feel like they are very necessary. They have to listen, watch, and hear some of the same testimony over and over. They must be pretty worn out by now. I pray for them.

    They’re done for the day. Prior had no more witnesses lined up for today so they ended early. He said his “ experts”, due to travel, couldn’t be there til 8:30 am 😊.

    1:54:08 - Pryor refers to Tammy Daybell's death as "a murder" - hmmm.... what does that tell you? He's trying to convince the jury it was a natural, or seizure death, etc. BIG error there! And why didn't the judge allow a quick, re-cross from Ms. Blake? I'm sure she heard it too! I hope the jury did as well!!!

    Expert: Well, again, the bruising on the arm is nonspecific. Um, they're just bruises on the arm?

    I believe that all that money Chad got went to all His kids for hush up money. But I tell you what a weird family so far, not being mean its just their statements are rehearsed it seems. Look how the son-in-law paused a long time about a question. And I believe what someone said in chat that I think the kids or a few Knew about Tylee and JJ's bodies. They are going to not look kindly at in public.

    Prior missed an opportunity to ask his expert if any of the prosecution's theories of COD would have left something that an autopsy would find. I'm not a pathologist, but I would think that two people sitting on someone's chest would have left some broken ribs.

    Why do we care what this pathologist says? She’s not the one who did the autopsy on Tammy and worked her case. Showing all her experience doesn’t matter. She’s not the one who ruled this a homicide. She can’t be giving us a hypothetical when Tammy’s cause of death was determined. It wasn’t “undetermined.” 🤦‍♀️

    The pathologist has the vibe of a Chad follower and even has that weird up tone at the end of some sentences that Chad and his creepy children have.
