He is charged with conspiracy. Everything Lori did, he is also legally responsible for if convicted. Why do people watch trials if they have zero knowledge of the law? Just curious.
Lori had full custody of her children, not Chad lori.She was in full custody ditty.Anything that was done to those kids was done because laurie okayd not chad

@AriesRising4444 im not saying he's not guilty because he is , im trying to forget about what I've watched and be a juror who should know next to nothing it's confusing and not needed about what the others did , I get it's all part of the case but his lawyer kills it in a few words ,it's like there helping him .
@@lee-annmurphy9237 Since he is charged with conspiracy in all of Lori's and Alex Cox's crimes, they have to present evidence of what he is charged with. So it is needed. His lawyer is trying to deflect the jurors from his involvement and conspiracy. If you are functioning as a juror, then Prior is succeeding in his strategy. Interesting. I don't think there is any evidence that he was directly involved in any murder, so if his lawyer could convince the jury that all of this has nothing to do with him, he might be found innocent of the conspiracy. I think though that when the prosecution present their closing argument, they will tie it all up in a bow for you.,
