The fact that she keeps saying “you don’ know what happened” but refuses to tell what happened proves she knows what happened and she knows it was wrong. I never want to hear this wicked woman’s name again. She is evil.
Lori thinks she did Tylee, JJ, Charles, Tammy and Joe Ryan a tremendous service by killing them and putting them out of their misery. Yet their misery was created by her and invented by her.
i read how Joe Ryan was found dead in his apartment after 3 weeks dead. Apparently alex had tasered Jo Ryan and his health suffered

The conversation between Lori and her son is textbook Narcissistic word salad. She won't give him a straight answer, she keeps dancing around answering him straight.
They purposely wear out their victim so they get SO exasperated and give up asking for an answer to their question.
She says "You don't know what happened," implying that she DOES. And when he said "pure blasphemy," she responded with that unhinged laughter...ugh...a shiver went up my spine. Repulsive and evil are inadequate to describe this...THING they keep calling a "mom."

Charles 's sister and children need to sue the city 😮that ignore his complaint and fear that Lori was planning on killing him and possibly the children. Seeing the cases with Lori Vallow and Leticia Stauch so close together, it really highlights the similarities of how pathological liars/sociopaths communicate among other behaviours. Hopefully many people following these cases and trials will be better able to spot the tell tale signs, ways they communicate and other red flags and RUN!

I have fought tooth and nail to have children. Surgeries, medications, and an unmeasurable amount of tears. I resorted to adoption as an option. It just never panned out. I had to swallow the pill that I am no longer at an age to have kids. I would have taken these kiddos, sight unseen. I would have showered them with the most amount of love I have to share. Please always consider other alternates before harming a child. Many of us set and wait for the babies need love call. And what a sickening man and woman for stealing the most valuable asset we have, our future.

I can’t have kids either. I thought the same thing as you. There were so many other options for the kids instead of murder. A 2 year old was murdered where I live just a few months ago. His mother’s boyfriend abused him regularly and murdered him. She allowed the abuse and went to work claiming she didn’t know her son was murdered by that point. It’s another heartbreaking case. So many people who can’t carry a child would’ve loved to take the kids. Unfortunately Chad and Lori just wanted the money so if they allowed someone to take the kids then they wouldn’t continue to collect their money.

Phone calls with Chad, Colby, and summer were damaging but text messages nailed the guilty coffins by Lori herself! Those two evidences showed that she was not insane but very sane, conniving, and munipulative. Next guilty coffin to nail is Chad in his upcoming trial!

A juror said Hart’s testimony sealed the deal and took away any doubt for him. That many felt that way.
It’s so disturbing and messed up how throughout the entire trial, especially when the pathologist was talking about how JJ and Tylee passed, there was never a reaction on her face. She was just blank the whole time. She’s such a narcissist. She’s only concerned about herself and talks about herself.

I think the hair was a big deal too! If the hair had been found on the inside of the plastic I would say it could’ve easily gotten there but with her hair being on the outside or wrapped up in the plastic I call it a win too. But the biggest thing was her lies and her not having any remorse for the deaths of her on children.
But I have long hair, and it is found everywhere I have ben. It has been on my kid's clothes too many times to count. My hair has been in books, the wall, anywhere. The texts and phone calls synched it.
Morbidity is a totally different thing.
They did a touch DNA on the hands of a paramedic and the DNA turned out to be the dna of a patient he had transported three patients prior to that , dna can be transferred or it could have been there from who knows when it's extremely accurate but it has its limits too.

I have to respectfully disagree. My hair gets everywhere in my house, even rooms I don't often go in. I mean, the woman is guilty AF, but the hair just wasn't the smoking gun for me.
This whole case absolutely blows my mind. Lori was clearly suffering with massive mental health problems, but how did she manage to get the people around her to be complicit to her plan and crimes! The ex husband was killed by her brother, and Chad killed his wife to marry her and then there was the murder of the children. There is so much more to this case, why did people just believe in what she said and what she wanted and those poor children were slaughtered. I would be so interested in a psychiatric analysis of this case.

Adam, her older brother, became ostracized from the rest of the family, along with his own son, Eric, because he was talking with Charles, and wanted to get mental health treatment for Lori. Their parents sided with Lori. Sounds a lot like Brian Laundrie's parents, as well. They ostracized their daughter, letting Brian run their household. And we know that he was an abuser, as well as a murderer. So I think Lori had the same control over her family.
I think the name of Adam's son, in this case, is Zac. Not sure if Adam has a son named Eric.

Those messages definitely proved her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. She had to get rid of Tylee first because Tylee would have protected JJ to the bitter end.

He should not be allowed one. Do you know why the authorities are able to offer plea deals ? It's because they tack on a lot of false charges. Then they bargain with those false charges. They lose nothing by dropping them.

Bring in jurors that they have to pay a daily fee for (for example, I'm on federal jury duty standby right now... $50 per day, plus hotel, plus a subsistence allowance because I'm more than 50 miles from the federal courthouse if and when I get called in to be interviewed, let alone get selected for a trial) that adds up over a long trial? That's JUST for the jury. What about the judge's time, the prosecutors' time, if there's a public defender, then the State pays for THEIR services, as well, the bailiffs, the court reporter, judicial assistants, etc., let alone the utilities, security, etc. IF they can avoid a trial, and the defendant negotiates for a plea deal, by agreeing to plead guilty, for less time, or to take the death penalty off the table, then you can bet they will consider the offer, and in most cases, will accept it, in order to save money.

She was just indicted today for conspiracy to commit murder against Brandon Budreaux, so now she's facing two possible death sentences. Hopefully one or the other, or even both, will put her on death row.

Idaho state law requires pre-sentencing investigations in all felony charges. Some states do them prior to, or during the trial, and it depends on what the felonies are, how in depth they go. In Lori's case, the fact that she has 4 1st degree murder/conspiracy to commit 1st degree murder, means they're going to go very deep with her. They need to know all of this prior to sending her to the prison, so the prison personnel know how to handle her, what they need to do to make sure she's not a danger to other inmates, or them, to her. Also, to determine how long it would take to 'rehabilitate' her. IMHO, she's got so many demons inside of her, it would be better for her to be put to death, but that's not going to happen... so only thing left, IMHO, is life without parole. She will never be safe around society's members.

The wonderful Nate Eaton got to interview one of the jury, a male, he was so nice. He said there was just nothing from Lori at all, no remorse, compassion or regret! He said if evil had a face she would be it !!

I followed this from the beginning, when Nate was in Hawaii, & I saw that on the news, I knew, those babies and and others are in harms way... sadly. You could feel it all around the day they found the children, I’ll never forget that moment.

Lori and chad are at fault.

Feel bad too. They’ve both lost both parents. However, based on victims impact statements from Tammy’s people it doesn’t seem like they’ve woken up yet to the fact that their mother was murdered by their dad and his mistress. I can’t pretend to know what they are going through. So I can’t place myself there but I hope they wake up soon and reconnect with Tammy’s family and dump chad!

What is the biggest indicator she is guilty as sin is the fact that regardless of whether she killed her children or not she can’t even have tear for their loss. I've read that Lori believed that her sister Stacey (died of what many suspect was suspicious circumstance while alone with Alex while the rest of the Cox family was on a Disney vacation) was reincarnated as Tylee.

@Leena Wexler I was using that spelling but then I've seen others using the spelling I used, I think I need to research the differences between their, they're and there, I often find in politics related comments sections democrat supporters get very annoyed at spelling errors also and will correct me, weird.

People sometimes get annoyed because they see misspelling and/or misuse of words as a breakdown in the language, which concerns them, because language is something they have a strong respect for. If they're annoyed, it's not aimed at you personally, even if it seems that way. They're annoyed because they see the misuse so often, by so many people, that it upsets them. And some people are truly trying to be helpful when they post a correction. They feel they're (they are) helping you to not make the same mistake next time, which is important if you want your words to be taken seriously. If contractions (words with apostrophes in them) trip you up, take a moment to recall what two words make up the contraction, and that will tell you if you're (you are) using it in the right place. With the word "there", it might help you remember that it designates a location if you remember that it has "here" in it. Hope this helps. Meant with utmost kindness, not annoyance. 😁

Inmates tend to forget that all calls placed by them ARE recorded and as we just heard, the recordings, if necessary, will be used as evidence in court.
That video of her and the police after Charles was shot! He is dead on her floor and she takes JJ to school, then talks to the police outside smiling and giggling! I would be more upset if a stranger was shot in my house from a break in! I just don’t understand how she has not had charges for Charles murder also.

The defence would like us to believe that it was a mere coincidence that the four people who were supposed to be demon possessed and marked for death just so happened to be the four obstacles in the way of this couple’s future financial security and romantic relationship? Lori is rightfully now in jail - one down and one to go. It’s Chad Daybell’s day in court next, and we would love to find out how, after his wife of over three decades died, he was so stricken with grief that he married the woman he was having an affair with just two weeks later, laughing on the beach, and spending the life insurance he took out on Tammy. Charles, Tammy, Tyler and JJ deserved better. I hope the jury will do what’s right.

This whole situation was a big waste of time. I understand a fair trial right. But there was enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt at least a dozen times over in the first couple of hours the court room doors open. Lock them both up and stop wasting everyone's time and money. I've never had my intelligence insulted this much since 9/11 🙄
I get your frustration but the 6th and 7th amendment rights of the Constitution must be honored for every defendant because if those rights are violated, the defense attorney would have enough legal grounds to have the verdicts of the case to be either retried or dismissed entirely based on constitutional grounds. That’s too much of a risk to take if you want a conviction.
She keeps saying “you don’t know what happened.” So tell us what happened, Lori! Tell us the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

I think it was before - right when they moved to Rexburg end of August. Tylee was killed about 2 weeks after they moved. So sad! I never thought about that. Poor Tylee! I’m gonna do some digging. I’ve been listening to the testimony recordings of their text exchanges.

Iirc, both Colby and Tylee loved/liked Charles. He was their father figure, for 14 years. It's only the last year that everything changed due to Lori's and Chad's doing. Not surprised if Lori would start poisoning Tylee's mind, to gain her allegiance against Charles as they're splitting up. She probably told her that Charles was cheating on her, the way she said that to everyone who would listen in her family. Didn't he (Charles) also purchase that jeep for her (Tylee) to drive around (the same jeep being used by 'good' ol' uncle Alex while he's shooting at Brandon Bordeaux?)--it sounds to me that the two had somewhat a decent father-daughter relationship.

I've always thought that Lori got rid of Tylee because she knew too much about Charles death & maybe Tylee felt guilt or questioned it and brought it up too much or something and that's why Lori said she was possessed.
I viewed the interview with 1 of the 6 Jurors on Law and Crime. When asked about the children, she replied, they were Lori's sounce of money, she had to keep them with her. Not in her words, but mine in a nutshell. If she had given them to someone else, their money would go with whoever became their guardian. Which I can see Lori double sticking Kay in her own sense of vindictive assault on Kay. She looked up child insurance, but never got it. I think Chad was to much in a hurry to get rid of the children, because he had to have complete loyalty with Lori, and as you can see, his plans of getting rid of all the children was his next step with Melineice. Since criminals are the biggest optimists, she never thought they would get caught, as they all do. Her Cult mind had to kill her children to save them...sick, really sick. Now, she had her income, saved her children, and Chad was going to lead them to save the world. I've thought this ever since I started watching the whole Cult thing. Thanks for verifying what I felt about Tylee. Lori took her life, and the only safe true love she had as a father figure, Charles. I hope that comes up in his trial. I can't begin to tell you what that did to my entire life, when my mother brainwashed me from my father.
