@MJ Remy, JJ was Kay & Larry's biological grandson. His father was Kay & Larry's son. For some reason, neither their son nor JJ's mother were in a position to take care of him, which is why he lived with the Woodcock's originally. After a while, the Woodcock's found they couldn't give JJ what he needed, possible due to his autism, and it was therefore agreed that Charles and Lori would step in and adopt him.

It was pretty evident in the Netflix show that there was something very OFF about Lori Vallow's mom as well. The more you learn about this family, the more you realize that Lori's parent's nurtured narcissism and psychopathy, same with the hypersexuality. This is one very sick family and in spite of the outcome, Lori's parent's and her sister Summer remain in denial. Lori's brother Adam probably would have been Alex's next hit, which is why he only went to his mom to vent his "concerns" of Lori. He did not go to the police when Charles asked for his help, yet now Adam & his uncle are allover the internet now talking about this tragedy. Lori & Chad had too many enablers. If they went against Lori & Chad they became the next target and they knew it.
BOTH Lori and Chad are EQUALLY responsible and I pray neither one of them ever experience life outside a prison cell again. They will always be a danger to society. PERIOD.

I was born and raised in SLC, Utah and can confirm that the Mormons control EVERYTHING that goes on in this state. The lawmakers, the police and even the department of alcoholic beverages services, how many licenses to serve alcohol in restaurants or bars are distributed, like the southern end of the salt lake valley where I grew up has the highest concentration of Mormons, the yuppy Mormons with money, and so many people have attempted to open bars and restaurants thta serve alcohol and none ever succeed. The Mormons are dead set on forcing their agendas and lifestyles on all residents of this state. It is complete bs. I stopped going when I was 13, caused an uproar when I asked why women aren't allowed to be bishops or give blessings or even be included in meetings or have any say whatsoever in decision making. Expected to shut up and make babies and raise those babies. Mormons are so self interested they feel the need to have tons of little carbon copies of themselves, adding to the overpopulation of this planet. It's absolutely insane. It is definitely a cult. Many crimes that happen thta involve bishops or even just LDS members, the police and Mormon owned news outlets here will bury the stories. Massive story came out thanks to SL Tribune about the church hiding billions of dollars thta the church has been stockpiling since the 70s that they claimed was for humanitarian needs, helping chugch members, etc but thya not a dime has been spent of it. On anything. Only added to. So they lied about their assets and lied about what it is being spent on, (not spent on) and how much. Just awful.

I live in Puerto Rico and did hear about a mother that would not say were her children were but I really didn't know anything else. But I found this case in RUclips and everything I have heard about this case has blown my mind, hearing this interview I have 5 brothers and they never did anything inappropriate with me and my sister, but yes I think her brother was in love with her and she knew it and used him to kill her husband this case is more terrifying then any movie I have seen. My heart goes out for those kids that their mother who had to protect them did such a horrible thing, I ask myself how could a mother take the lives of her own children, she is worst than evil, I guess that the devil is really happy.

That lady is so brave and straight forward. America needs more people like this lady. I believe people want to the right thing. Don't let people suck you into their dark world. Neal

This has me thinking maybe Charles walked in on them the day he was murdered, this “affair” was nonexistent, it was just between Lori and Alex

Listen to the cop…. None of the cops take people warning them about thevallow family serious. The cop sounds skeptical and that is the problem with the entire case.

To me he sounds concentrated, is patient and interested, proves it with his following questions. Of course he needs to be sceptical, because it's all hearsa what she's saying I think he did a good job and he knew she's serious and believable

I think what he is doing is fact finding. Its not his job to do anything other than gather the information and ask additional questions to gleen more information. I don't think he's disbelieving anything she's saying.

@KadinetheLioness I think this has more to do with LDS Lawyers, money and the church, versus skin color.

It's actually good interviewing skills. You don't want to get emotional or excited and encourage the person to exaggerate or speculate or get excited themselves, you just want to elicit the facts and let them provide the information.

As much as I've followed this case I had never heard this recording before! I always thought their relationship was too close for siblings and this confirms it for me.

O Yeah.....I believe this. I suspected they had a relationship all along. Lori uses her sexuality to get men to do what she wanted. She even got to that Melanie Gibb woman.
