I think the differences between Amber's witnesses and Johnny’s should be highlighted. When compared to Depps, who were professional, classy, and clever, Ambers were harsh, angry, and unprofessional.

I’m really trying not to be biased but I must say JD’s witnesses are so much more well-spoken and seem solid in their areas of expertise.

I share your opinion. Johnny's witnesses and experts are miles better than Amber's, several of Amber's experts where very unprofessional.
Truth tellers make people feel at ease and relaxed.

Every time AH says she was hit, kicked or attempted to lock herself in the bathroom, we now can all figure out that AH is actually describing the actions of JD. AH was the one who threw things.

I’ve been around people who diagnose others - at random. - I had no idea that it’s not permitted. Wish I knew this years ago ; my roommate diagnosed me & I’ve been carrying around her labels for descales.

I just want to point out at one point that so many don't seem to realize. The team of Depp move was very smart there, they first asked Jennifer the children charity president about the check pay and next asked the hospital director about the check pay and, the fact that the two payments were done in a different way is proving the point we're the charity donation was not hers, when she donated to the hospital she made it clear it was her meanwhile the donation at the charity was anonymous and had a letter ( on behalf of AH) Clearly she did not make the donation herself! I hope the jury catch on that one too!

When you don’t have facts behind you is hard to find expert who’s willing to back you up.
It still blows my mind to hear psychologist/psychiatrist diagnose people under oath for people they haven’t interviewed. I see now that it’s a possibility but I was unaware.
I love the fact that he speaks with so much intelligence that when he says “for example” he still seems to lose me in all these big words. So I’m just here like “ UH HUH!!!”

I've just watched Dr. Spiegel's cross-examination, and it was so incredibly hard and frustrating to watch, Dr. Shaw is an absolute breath of fresh air... Listening to a calm and collected individual with his head on his shoulders and who clearly knows what he's talking about made me feel like I got those lost braincells back. Thank goodness for good professionals in their field.

Why is no one questioning AH's sobriety or drug taking during all of this? Was she a teetotaler? It's absurd!
If you put them as part of the wedding party itinerary that would suggest that it’s part of your norm.

..The British Doctor, not sure of his name is brilliant, he could literally dictate the writing of a book right there on the spot. That’s the most interested I’ve seen Johnny look during the whole trial thus far.

All through this trial we have seen JD’s mental health seemingly improve. I think he’s looking even physically healthier now than he did at the beginning of the trial. His skin looks healthier and he looks to be more at his “baseline” weight. Who knows, maybe it’s the nice, blue suit along with the complimentary red tie. Anyway, I think he’s finally in a good place. I hope he continues to surround himself with healthy, supportive people.

Thank goodness someone with some knowledge and ethics came to testify because after yesterday’s fiasco I was pretty much ashamed to admit my profession to anyone that didn’t know me already. This Dr really is knowledgeable and not not all ego and patting himself on the back to appear more than he is. His knowledge shows who he is and he didn’t need to be cocky or basically lie to make himself an authority in the topic.
Johnny D did not take his eyes off of this fantastic doctor who was calmly explaining the laws/tests that relate to psychological diagnostic process. JD looked sad to me, but seemed to be comforted by the words he was hearing. It was very touching. 😢

I feel this is exactly what I’m experiencing since I’ve lost so many family members within the past two years. Almost one a month. My brain is just blank most of the time and it’s difficult to even form a proper sentence most of the time. Trauma brain for sure.
Yes yes yes PTSD made my recall and response time painfully slow, even to myself, and I remember copping a bit of negative feedback about it because people think you are just super forgetful and vague... I felt for JD when they said he was slow, just looked like trauma to me...

As an Engliah woman I find it very endearing and enchanting that Johnny seems to surround himself with English people in all aspects of his life. In all, Heards lawyers seem less intelligent but maybe that is what you get when your name is Amber Heard? One should think that being a good lawyer also has to do with being up to date about social media, but evidently not.

Towards the end of this vid last 10 minutes he seems like hes falling in and out of sleeping, a sign that hes stressed out and hasn't got much if any decent sleep. I absolutely understand why. I have this same problem, I don't have the same kind of stress but i experience quite a bit of it at my job trying to run a small mom and pop market and the symptoms are all there! Hang in there Mr. Depp your're going to get through this for sure. One day to the next. This kind of situation is very mentally exhausting for anyone even if its not physical.
