- Amber Heard's attorney challenged new Johnny Depp witness Morgan Night about his testimony regarding seeing Heard as the aggressor and jealous of Depp during an incident at a luxury trailer park in 2013. I'm not a fan of either one but I watched since the beginning because I volunteered in women's/ DV shelters. I want to see how the world will react to this and if people will ever listen to victims regardless of gender. Unfortunately, despite the evidence presented, there are still a lot of Amber apologists. Let's be honest, even those who advocate for DV victims have trouble believing male victims. Let's hope that after this trial, society will listen to victims regardless of gender and look for facts that prove their claims.

In the end no matter what little part Johnny had with the abuse in their relationship, if the defense can prove he was a part of it they win. Their relationship was a toxic one and they both participated in this relationship. Amber obviously was the main abuser in my opinion. All this trial will do is give JD the right to publish his own Op-Ed titled "I survived an abusive relationship" and not have to worry about being sued by AH.

And as far as Elon is concerned, many many people do not like Elon, myself included. You can still relay information as a witness. The guy shows absolutely no bias, just stating the facts and events as he saw them occur.

No no. That's not how hearsay work actually. You can only tell your side, your words, your observations. For example, if you chat with a person and you're called for witness and those conversations were shown, then other person's writing should be hidden unless that person is the case plantiff or defendant. That's why he cannot say what Depp told him about the fight and has to strictly not incorporate that in his answer and solely stick on his observations.
But if he had directly heard what conversation happened between Depp and Amber, then he could tell the conversation in detail.
