The lengths this man has had to go through to prove his innocence is mind blowing. 🤯🤯🤯🤯 On the other hand the woman, just spouted a few calculated lies and pictures that are edited and she’s automatically believed. Wow.
Typical biased society. But I also dnt take away the fact that we are all like dat. Without knowing them both, even i wud have believed she was talking abt Johnny in the op ed. If the trial was not televised, i do not think people would have realised how much of truth was blocked from us.
As for her evidences, people in their right senses are able to identify those are saturation changed copies of the same image. How wine can spill the exact same way months apart...only the defendant can tell...if the jury also think like us, then they can indeed come to the conclusion that the defendant was ruining the image Johnny had..

I have been noticing with these expert witnesses for Amber, they all deliberately look at jury when answering. Its offputting. Johnny's witnesses look over at jury from time to time. But not in a deliberate manner.

I've been a digital artist and designer for over 20 years, working with digital imagery and photo manipulation for most of that time. In my extensive experience, I can confidently state that nobody needs academic qualifications in image manipulation to see the photos have had saturation and red levels manually edited to exaggerate contrast, all you need are eyes. In design, the oldest trick in the book is to up the saturation to make an image more dramatic in order to sell the fantasy it is trying to portray, which is exactly what has been done here. Is it a strike mark on her cheek? Possibly. Is it makeup? Possibly. Is it just a shadow? Again, possibly. But the fact that it has been deliberately over-saturated with photo manipulation software to make 'something' visible that was not visible in the original image clearly suggests intent to deceive, whereas if the photos had not been edited, ironically, her story would be more convincing.
She probably just hit herself in the face seeing as she pooped on her own bed. I wouldn’t put anything passed her psychopathic being.

My ex dragged me by the hair down the hallway. Punched me in the face. I had to barricade myself in my bedroom to keep him away every time I got home from work. I could not sleep. I was so depressed I didn’t even care how I looked I didn’t care to wear make up and I was so scared of him I did not even want to see him or him see me. I was diagnosed with PTSD and I in no way looked as confident and angry as her at that time. This women is faking it and she makes me so sick!
And then "Dr." Hughes had to audacity to talk about how Amber did all she does despite of her supposed PTSD, painting her as this heroic exemplar of a person who has suffered so much and keeps going. It's disgusting.

Unfortunately, they can ask these questions to try to intimidate and possibly impeach if they find out theyve been promised anything more than their fee, like a job or double the money, insinuating theyve been paid more to lie for them. The 15 minutes of fame is to plant doubt in Jury's mind, especially with people who are not wealthy, like the ex-reporter for The Sun and the ex-trailer park owner. (I believe he said he sold it) They will also ask if making up testimony to promote their own business.

In the picture without the bruise the next day, if there really was a bruise hidden by makeup, the pain in flexing her cheek muscles would have caused her to curb her laugh at the 'smile' stage itself, so that smile would have never evolved into a 'laugh'. She clearly had no pain, and no bruise - which is why she could laugh like that

No one would go out after being hit by a spouse and it has to be covered up unless you HAVE to go to work and even then … she seems to rebound from brutal trauma very quickly
@48:51 he argues he was able to find the OG source of the operating system without the software for all the evidence presented yesterday by Mr Neumeister, claiming them to be the authentic versions. However @56:15 he's presented with the same image but visually different and is asked how to authenticate the OG when the metadata is the same, which he agrees to checking the software, which is in accordance to Mr Neumeister's testimony.
In summary, it's best to check the software to be sure which version is authentic, therefore his findings he presented earlier without checking the software can't be taken seriously.

This surgeon reminds me of a surgeon I worked with. Straight forward, honest, and sticks to facts. Very rarely do you find orthopedic surgeons that veer off the facts. Surgeons in general like to be straightforward. I think the fact that he explained how you can’t sever a fingertip with a closed fist punching something because the fingertip is protected was a great point! He also explained the velocity injury being the most plausible. From my time in surgical I would agree. We also saw severed fingers, hands, toes, and such come from a running saw, broken bottles, and knives which with enough speed and force can in fact sever a small limb like a finger, toe, or even part of the ear. I’ve personally never seen an injury like Johnnys come from punching something or it being smashed between items. There would have been bruising, scratching, swelling, and other injuries to the hand. When you sever a limb like Johnny had done it’s always a clean lacerations for lack of a better term. But that’s just my thought.

I will not be shocked if Amber Heard ends up in the show series, "Signs of a Psychopath". Her lack of remorse or guilt is void, along with the fake attempts of trying to convey emotion (fake crying). It's absurd. Then I started to notice how she takes notes when there are professionals placing their testimonies, and she uses their key terms to argue later on how she's the victim.

One time, many years ago just days before my wedding, I opened up my parents refrigerator and they had a butter dish, a crystal butter dish, very thick, That was not supported and fell onto the ground. The butter dish crashed and cut my foot I had a very deep wound in the inside of the left Side of my right foot. I still have the scar today! There was no shards of glass in my foot, I had no other injuries or cuts due to the broken glass. It was a deep wound, and I probably should’ve got stitches! Anyway, I just wanted to share that

You don’t need to be a dr to understand the finger injury… anyone who passed physics can see exactly why a vodka bottle being thrown, exploding, and smashing his finger makes sense. The dr said exactly what I said when AH testified that it was because he smashed the phone……. His hand would have been a fist meaning his wrist and knuckles would have been the more common injury…

I've literally done the exact thing Amber claims happened to Johnny's finger. The doctor described it perfectly, it lacerates the knuckles, as your hand is wrapped around the bottle. Doing much better now with my SA, but this case hits so close to home, it's difficult to watch. I hope Johnny is able to get the Justice and support that he needs, and truly deserves.
She is a complete psychopath. No tears. Her emotions don’t match her face. She is a horrible actor and a horrible person. Everyone hates her guts for a reason. She deserves everything she gets. I’m happy she knows how much the world hates her because she is a horrible person. Maybe one day she’ll wake up and be a better human being but I seriously doubt it.
I'm not quite understanding your comment. I believe there was testimony to the effect that aside from the badly damaged finger, there were NO lacerations anywhere else on Depp's hand. Heard's expert witness said what you said: that his knuckles would have be lacerated or there would be at least small fragments of glass found in or about the wound. He pointed out it would have been impossible for a vodka bottle to come up, from under, and take out a chunk of finger, leaving the nail undamaged. If Depp's fingers were facing a surface, as he described, how does a bottle get up 'under' his hand? Perhaps I'm misinterpreting what you said but I'm open to clarification. Thanks. (Heard's expert witness also said that Depp's 'first story' is the more believable version of events: that he accidentally injured his finger by getting it caught between doors.)

My point in commenting was to say I find Johnny's version of events to be more believable in my opinion, based on those different experiences. Sorry for any confusion! If the injury occurred while he was holding a phone and hitting it against the wall, I would think that more than one finger would be involved. He wouldn't be holding the phone with only one finger. If Amber was watching him hit the phone against a wall, I would think she would notice that he started bleeding right away. Her stories are just too hard for me to accept.
They need to contact the owner of the house and ask him to testify if there was an actual phone on the wall and if it was "smashed to smithereens".

She’s annoyed ofc that a marriage counselor was able to amplify her blatant short comings in her clinical testing a and results. Then says DR. Curry don’t know what she is doing but then she tries to cover up all her faults with “It doesn’t matter, it can be done, results would be the same and etc”… That’s BS, she deliberately did not do the CAp-5” (I think that’s what is called) bcaz she knows the results would’ve have benefited her client.

Here's a thought, and I'm surprised they haven't raised this - the middle finger is longer than all other fingers. Ie it protrudes further. Bend your fingers over the edge of a bench and spread them slightly and take a look.
Given that it was ONLY the tip of his middle finger, doesn't it make sense that the bottle landed below his hand just hitting the very end of his finger which was sitting lower than the others? The force of the complete bottle against the finger & marble bar fractured the bone, then as it shattered the momentum of it sliced off the skin/tissue.
If you factor in the length of the middle finger and the fact that only the very tip was severed, it actually makes perfect sense that the bottle is the most likely "mechanism of injury", and also explains why there were no other injuries to other parts of the hand.
Amber is a very troubled woman both emotionally and mentally. She simply needs help. After this case is over, I hope she can get the help she needs.
She is just a bully who has been getting away with so many deeds from childhood till now. She controls all her narratives...She thinks she is always right. Who goes taking videos and audios of a spouse,if one doesn't have ulterior motives and since Amber started the video and audio recording,She never had any one that Johnny was being violent to her but vice versa instead. God bless, don't let Amber get away with her bullying everyone.

Emotionally is mentally but yeah, trouble is that people with this kind of attitude are often beyond help. IF she had narcissistic personality disorder like many claim, they're often beyond helping by the time it gets addressed, and they'll happily lie to professionals to seem normal enough to get out of analysis. Speaking from an infinitely frustrating family experience.

So the two different colored photographs are not the same according to the "expert" ? Ms. A testified they were taken with different light on, how was she able to do it exactly the very same second as the first one? It looks to me to be the very same photograph that has been photoshopped by her for dramatic effect.
Looks that way, as the one with “More lighting” shows her cheek looking normal with basic redness and not consistent with blunt fierce and the “Darker one” actually looks like she got an injury to the face which makes no sense. The only reason you’d see it got to take a second photo with more lighting is to better show the damage or the quality of what you are trying to capture but then she submits the Darker one?… seems like BS to me and the photos look the same

In the trial, the hash version was not explained so we don't know if it was 128-bit or 32-bit or anything else. Even with 256- bit or higher it's not unique until the hash is the same as the file itself (allowing for compression).

Isn't there a rule against addressing the jury? Amber and her witnesses never look away, it's like they're trying to talk directly to them.
Sometimes witnesses are advised by their team to address the jury, directly. The point is, to try making a 'connection' with them. I would guess Depp's team advised him to do the same thing but I've seen him in interviews where he says he 'doesn't like to take direction' and will often times ignore even the directors of his films. He was big box office at that time so he could afford to be (what I think of as) a 'know it all'. I'm not sure his demeanor on the stand this last time around is going to win him any points with a jury. But who knows? We've all been shocked by jury decisions before, no?

Forensic expert was no help to amber heards case. He only reviewed a fraction of the photos and he and other expert said essentially same thing. Plus this expert, unless each jury member is in forensics, went way to far into weeds. As someone who is the field myself I look for ways of avoiding technobabble so that an attorney or a ceo can understand.
