This is a short 10 minute gentle sequence to release shoulder and neck tension. We are combining yoga, mudra, somatic movement and qi gong to help us let go of tense muscles and tight emotions - this is a good one for the heart because we are activating the heart meridian which runs along the inner seam of each arm.
