These are snippets of what I share with my 'real life students' in our Brisbane studio - like a lot of channels, this one began during Covid as a way of sharing content with my community. Take what serves you, tuck the practices into your 'life skills tool belt' so they can be of service when you most need them. The 'real' yoga is out there in the world, in how we live and these practices are exactly that - the safe space to practice inviting in new ways of being. As always love your videos Amanda. Because I don’t have a good singing voice I often hum so found this practice fabulous and did it this morning after my WHM breathing. Here is what I found > activated salivation > allowed good focus on the present and shut out the chatter in my head > cleared my nasal passages 🙏🏽
