    6:09 Correction: There is a mistake in the script. As some of you has pointed out, the person caught on camera parking the car is not confirmed as being a woman. So it should be "unidentified person" instead of "unidentified woman". Apologies, and thanks to everyone pointing it out!

      I also think Jennifer was taken by one or likely more than one of the workers. She is either invaded in concrete at a construction job going on in the area then or in the water. I feel badly for the family as in all the years since her disappearance they have given up everything in search for her. Sold their business & home. Everything centered around Jennifer & honestly I don’t think her remains will ever be found l.

      A few years before this, a friend of mine got a condo in a new building that was also unfinished and barely occupied when she moved in. I remarked on how creepy it was and maybe she shouldn't live there until more people moved in.
      She scoffed. And she was fine. But a few years later, this happened. It makes me really sad Jennifer was already uneasy but brushed it off.
      Maybe it was the creepy co-worker and none of the construction workers. But she shouldn't have lived in an uneasy situation like that in the first place and it definitely muddied the waters of the investigation.

Hopelessly lost and getting more and more angry, I pulled off onto Conroy Road to figure out where the hell I was. Once the car stopped (and i'd calmed down), I looked up to see a Missing Poster of Jennifer on the railings.
    I was aware of her disappearance some years previously and had kept tabs on any developments, sighting etc since it had happened. she was kidnapped in her car, and the unsealed evidence shows this - there are photos of the car, and there were traces on the car, left most likely by Jennifer's body (it looks like she was thrown on the mask first), plus there is a witness, a woman, who claimed that in early morning hours that day, she was driving to the apartment complex Jennifer lived in, and she saw Jennifer's car moving, and two persons fighting over a steering wheel inside.
    This is about the photo evidence: In their examination of Kesse's vehicle, investigators uncovered a latent print belonging to the victim, as well as a large boot print near the gas pedal. In excerpts of police files obtained by Fox News, authorities immediately suspected a struggle on the hood of Kesse's car when they discovered the vehicle. Detective Julius Gause of the Orlando Police Department wrote of police at the scene, "While observing the front of the victim's vehicle, these detectives observed what appeared to have been someone being pushed across the head of the vehicle."

I often wondered if anyone from that apartment complex (where her car was found) was interviewed about what they might have seen or heard around the time that the vehicle was abandoned. There is some report of canines picking up a scent from the car to Mosaic, I believe.

    Remember folks that no one is entirely safe in this world, and you don't have to be a pretty woman in order to be taken and harmed. You can be a man, a woman, a child, elderly. You can be ugly, although I hate that word. If someone really wants you, then you could be their victim. My best advice is to be more aware of your surroundings, when going somewhere alone, especially in a rural area, let people know where you are, how long you intend to be there, and tell them when you are leaving. Take a picture of a sign you're at or some sort of land mark and send it to them. Keep a fully charged phone on you. Yes a weapon can be taken and used against you, but I rather have a discrete knife than nothing. Never ever get into your parked vehicle, not even in broad daylight without checking your backseat first. Learn self defense classes as well, because no one knows how they will react until put in that situation. Learning to fight may just safe your life. Never EVER go with them to a second location, even if it means being harmed or worse. Fight like hell and make as loud of a racket as you can. Second location means nothing good, remember that. Also if something don't feel right, please trust your instincts. If you go on a rural walk/hike and feel something is off then you should leave. You can exercise any other time. This woman was more than likely seen as a crime of opportunity. She was watched by someone working there and taken when the time was right. My heart goes out to her and her family. I hope one day her family will know what truly happened and where she is so they can be united. Stay safe folks.

People who heard inappropriate sounds (screaming in the middle of the night) couldn't be bothered. What can you do? Maybe if you're young, pretty, happy and might even be going places career-wise - carry a rape whistle or ear-drum piercing siren with you at all times and use it. The cops brought in a scent dog it traced the persons scent back to Jennifer’s apartment - from where her car was abandoned. I feel it in my bones the construction worker is trying involved - the person is wearing clothes a painter/carpenter/maintenance person. The statement about locking up - I also don’t let people into my home without me being there. The person abandoned her car at noon and left at 8am so there’s a 4 hour gap - the person could only get so far. The suspect could only travel a certain distance round trip in 4 hours. If we can figure out a radius to narrow down. There were finger marks on the front of her car that looked like she was dragged.

  • @_xBrokenxDreamsx_
    @_xBrokenxDreamsx_ 5 месяцев назад +2

    this is a pretty straightforward case.. most probable series of events is that she was abducted by someone who lives/works at her condo that had been stalking her for some time, knew her schedule and that he could take her and her car in the morning without being noticed. he drives her 15 - 20 minutes away to a remote location, does his thing then he drops the car a mile away so he can walk back to the condos without being caught pulling up in her car. the small and thin stature means we can't rule out any teenagers who would have lived (with their parent/s) or worked there. it's also very probable that the police have a good idea of who it could be but without a confession or evidence they can't make an arrest.

    did you make a genuine mistake or did you manipulate on purpose? this video is wrong, I have been following this case for over a decade, it wasn't a woman on the surveillance video, who left the car. We don't know for sure who it is, The FBI was called in to help determine the person's size and gender, but could only say that the person stood between 5'3" and 5'5", nothing more. But the police still have a theory that is most likely a man - a shorter man, but a man in worker clothes, not a woman. this person also has a posture and a 'walk' of a man. it's a smaller, shorter man, not a woman. and it's for sure the person who kidnapped and killed Jennifer.

    I lived in the same condo complex at the time this happened. I really feel like the Orlando police botched this investigation early on. First by not taking Jen's disappearance seriously from the start--i heard the first responding detective was dismissive when he arrived on the scene. I always felt that it was likely some construction workers living on site that abducted her. I don't believe the theory that she made it to her car. It was much more likely that she was taken into an empty condo in the same condo building. I base this on the fact that it was a workday morning and where she lived ---many residents would have been leaving for work and it was fully daylight. not to mention that the complex trash dumpster was right by her building and there was always a constant flow of residents throwing out trash as they left for work. Many of the workers were likely undocumented and i think the police were slow to find out all the info from all the subcontractors performing work in the complex. Probably by the time they realized that they actually had a valid crime---they had scattered and would be hard to track. Failure to lock down dumpster and other refuse collection in the surrounding area in a timely manner was also a mistake. The Kesse's deserved better and the Orlando police were just not up to the task

      yes, you are correct about the smudges on her hood. You have to remember that her vehicle sat for 2 days next to the pool area of the apartment complex where her car was found. Many people (especially kids) hung around this area and could have easily made these smudges just playing around. I also don't thing it was just one person who abducted her. She was 5'7" and 135lbs---the person leaving was considerably smaller at 5'3"(police estimate). She would not have been easy to handle alone. It just never made sense to me that anyone would risk being seen in broad daylight abducting someone--especially in a busy complex. I just have to wonder about the thoroughness of the police investigation regarding this whole case. For instance, there is a check cashing place right next to the complex where her car was found--it was the closest one by the Mosaic condos. There was another one on John Young rd about a mile away. If it was some of the undocumented workers who committed this crime then it is likely they may have used these check cashing places on a regular basis, since by not having a official I.D. they usually do not have a bank account and are forced to use these unscrupulous check cashing places. These places always have cameras and might have provided valuable info. I hope the police did check into this. It would be a shame if they didn't @@madeinussr7551

    Thanks for the video.
    I'm a little confused about some of what you said. You said that a woman appeared to have parked her car, gotten out, and walked away. Those images of the person where the face is blocked by the fence supports show someone who is almost certainly a man. Did you just make a mistake or were there two people associated with moving her car to where it was found?
    I'd never heard to information about the co-worker, and he would be a better suspect than I would have imagined. If he looked nothing like the guy in the video, then he becomes a much less likely suspect. The police might have other physical evidence that would exclude him. They might even have evidence of exactly where he was during the time of the murder.
    The guy in the video is the right age and is in good enough shape to be a construction worker. Plenty of people have dark hair (including me), but the guy on the video looks as if he might be someone whose first language is Spanish. Most of the evidence points towards one or more of the construction workers abducting and murdering her. I don't know whether one of them became obsessed with her or whether one of them felt that she had insulted him somehow. The police may even know which one killed her but have never been able to collect the evidence to prosecute. The killer might be an illegal immigrant who just left the area after committing the murder.

    • @Rob774
      @Rob774 7 месяцев назад

      Most of what evidence? It seems like.to.me you are h-bent.on blaming the Hispanic construction workers. It is really hard for a group of people to collaborate/conspire to commit a crime, and then keep it to themselves, especially when interviewed by police. Your "evidence" against them is really just convenient speculation that suits your narrative.
      The creepy co-worker, who made the insensitive comment has an alibi for being late that can't be proven. Police could eyeing him, but dont have enough evidence to arrest him. Statistically women are killed by people they know, far more than by random strangers.

      she was kidnapped in her car, and the unsealed evidence shows this - there are photos of the car, and there were traces on the car, left most likely by Jennifer's body (it looks like she was thrown on the mask first), plus there is a witness, a woman, who claimed that in early morning hours that day, she was driving to the apartment complex Jennifer lived in, and she saw Jennifer's car moving, and two persons fighting over a steering wheel inside. What her brother saw maybe suspicious, but Jennifer wasn't in this van. She was kidnapped earlier, in the early morning hours, and her brother saw the van later.

      She was legally declared dead many years ago. Even if you are just a genuine, hopeful, positive person, you are also simply naive. The person who kidnapped Jennifer killed her for sure, and most likely killed her within hours or days after the kidnapping. This is almost always the scenario, as police data and experience of such cases show. Psycho murderers like this kill their victims quickly, after usually raping them first because the longer they keep them, the more evidence they leave behind, so this increases the chances of police catching them one day, and they don't want that, of course. Plus, keeping a victim alive is complicated, costs money, and is dangerous for the criminal. This is just how it is, so for 99,99% she was killed, and she isn't alive anymore.

      I think I remember it - it was former beauty queen and teacher Tara Grinstead, but IIRC the documentary concluded that they in fact didn't have any acquaintances or places they frequented in common, so their disappearances were likely not related after all. I believe Tara's murder has since been solved.

      @@mgparis Hi, yes Tara’s case has been resolved. Someone turned themselves in. I don’t think it’s been fully sorted out because it’s still believed this individual didn’t act solely alone.
      The one I’m thinking of didn’t discuss Tara and Jennifer in the same series/episode. I would have remembered that because I live in GA where the Tara Grinstead case has been fairly prevalent.

    Could the woman parking the car be the co workers wife?

      The author of this video is wrong: it isn't a woman leaving the car, on camera. Cops can't really identify the gender of this person, and can't identify this person in general, but they concluded it is most likely a man. A shorter man, but a man, and for sure the person who kidnapped and killed Jennifer.

      this video is wrong, I have been following this case for over a decade, it wasn't a woman on the surveillance video. it was a man - a shorter man, but a man, not a woman.

    I always thought it was someone she knew who was involved. Maybe two people. The girl who parked the car was involved. I think she had someone staying over her place that night with her.

      Isn't it also appalling for men to be surrounded by so many awful, perverted women? I find it odd that no one ever speaks out for men who get hit on and whistled at? A few years ago I read about this girl who jumped the fence at a baseball game and ran around grabbing the baseball players butts and no one said anything about what those men went through. 🤨
