Why is the ladder not being talked about? He supposedly bought it that day? How did he get there without being seen? Did he have a truck? If so what's up with the bike?
From what I've seen, they say he bought a 5-foot ladder but they don't know where it went to. I've seen pictures of what looks like a mounted ladder on the side of the building what, nobody wants to talk about that. They keep saying he scaled the wall by himself it took two cops to climb on top of each other to get up the wall.

This whole report was mostly info we already knew, but the 'transmitter' is just mentioned with zero details. Maybe something more about it? What kind a transmitter? Transmitting to what? Can we 100% confirm that was one of the items with him? That detail is HUGE if true.

Receivers are not active, they're passive. A true receiver should not emit an signal like the radio in your car. You're thinking of a transceiver like your cell phone which can receive a signal and send something back.
