When Trump ran for president, my first thoughts were to remember the last 30 years I'd watched Trump fail at every aspect of everything we knew him to do. Especially the casino, which hurt my father personally in business. I laughed and said that if people would just remember who and what Donald Trump is/was, he'll never get elected. Guess we Americans forget a bit too easily. NOTHING Trump does surprises me. Absolutely NOTHING!

Read about his attempts to own a NFL franchise. First, by trying to buy the Baltimore Colts in 1981, then buying the New Jersey Generals in 1982, trying to force the NFL to absorb that team in 1984, and then to try buying the Buffalo Bills in 2014. He is so transparent once you pay attention to the entire arc of his business world of smoke and mirrors.

He tried to buy the Colts in 1981, then asked Pete Rozelle what he had to do to become a NFL owner. Pete told him he would never be able to own a NFL team as long as he was commissioner or any member of his family was part of the NFL league administration. He then bought the New Jersey Generals in 1984 and tried to force his way into the NFL by being absorbed into the league. Didn't work.

You have to read all the articles about the history and workings of the USFL along with his long standing desire to own a NFL team and how he tried to scheme his way into getting his USFL team absorbed into the NFL. But his scheme of moving their playing season from the Spring to the Fall and suing the NFL for 1.5 billion was an integral part of that strategy that ended up not working and causing the USFL to fold. Only he and one other owner were keen about moving their playing season to the Fall.
If he really wants a successful enterprise he should market Trump Toilet Paper, with his face on each sheet.

Imagine the number of his failures into the thousands, he has historically conducted many real estate transaction and refused to pay the contractors. Hence, the contractors could not afford to take him on and he paid an amount close to nothing in his real estate endeavors.

FROM an old man who owned the farm were they came from.The contract stated that ALL of the palms were to be purchased so that the land could be sold to payoff debts.This was paramount because the 89 yr.old owner needed to sell.When they disbursed the palms and realized they had bought twice the amount that was required for landscape,Trump

When the work was done he would be given the bill for $280,000....he would pay $150,000 and tell people if they wanted the rest they would have to sue him. Most gave up after he delays cases for years and their money was chewed up by lawyers. THESE people..especially the widows and children of the 2 men that took their own lives should get front row seats to his GUILTY verdict! Many lost their homes and businesses. ...And lets not forget the failed casinos in Atlantic City. In addition to this Trump received over 230 million back in the late Seventies from his father and real estate tax refunds. If he did nothing else but put that money into an index fund it would be worth about 12 to 14 billion today. So, how come, by his own estimation, he's only worth 4 to 6 billion?
