  • This is a triceps workout video. Everyone wants quick results and work hard to gain that , however most of the people are not aware of a few important points that needs to be kept in mind while doing the exercises which i am explaining in this video.
    1.One hand dumbbell extension
    2.Bar press down
    3.Bar Skull Crush
    4.Dumbbell Overhead
    5.Rope Press Down
    6.Reverse Press Down
    7.Body Dips
