The reason behind this is because you are not using the proper form and technique or not choosing the weights that are appropriate for you. Try to stick to a few basic exercises consistently over a period of time, and be patient enough to give yourself some time until you start seeing the results. In this video, I have explained the form and techniques of four basic exercises for the triceps. Try not to skip the video and watch it completely. Also, do share it with your family and friends.
