Try to stick to a few basic exercises consistently over a period of time, and be patient enough to give yourself some time until you start seeing the results.     1. Do we need to do dumbell shoulder press and military press coz it targeting the same muscle groups for shoulder ? Or it target different part of shoulder ?

      Monday: chest and triceps ( when you workout chest triceps will be engaged )
      Tue: Back and biceps ( when you workout back biceps wil be engaged)
      Wed: shoulder is enough
      Thursday: Arms ( both biceps and triceps)
      Friday : leg is enough or you can do abs also
      Sat : continue the process oru do abs itself
      I just shared my routine if its helpful you can try
