Dear Vijo, good to see your work out videos. All looks high quality advices. Since I am also in to the same field, I have a small suggestion. Always include muscle stretching videos before getting into hard exercises. We are seeing so many people starting with hard work outs without stretching muscles, especially large group muscles.
