- This is a biceps workout video. Everyone wants bigger and massive biceps and also work hard to train them . However most of the people are not aware of a few important points that one has to keep in mind while performing exercises ,which i have explained in this video.

Loved your workout series! But I have one doubt with respect to this video. With the workouts shown over here, is the long head of the biceps covered? Because normally seated inclined dumbbell curls or barbell drag curls are done for the same. Correct me if I'm wrong 🙂
