    Nice... Thanks!
I find pickles missing (although the capers do something like that to the Tuna salad) but this IS a very rich (ah, filthy-rich?) sandwich.
To my taste, a different bread (sour-dough, a little more elastic with bigger holes) with almost no butter, and the tiniest crust under the broiler would be preferable, because your byte doesn't cut through it like it was cake -- rather you need to chew on the bread, and by the way, also enjoy more the taste of the salad that stays in your mouth longer.
But that, of course, is a matter of preference - and there's honored place for both styles...
Thanks for yet another mouth-watering video Chef!

It's usually based on 2 cans of tuna in oil, about half to 3/4 gold reinet apple, about a whole large pickle, a bit of parsley, deep fried capers and mayo and a slight amount of ketchup and sweet chili sauce
    Really wonderful stuff

I made a slight mistake while recreating this tuna melt. (Delicious, by the way.) I got carried away, while making this and added a little bit too much of the dressing to the tuna mixture. It became slightly loose and not as in tact as in the video. Not to worry, I had another can of tuna and extra veggies to make a slightly larger batch. So delicious. Oh my 🎉🎉 The delicious leftover dressing will be added to a smash-burger and breakfast egg BLT for the following days. 👍👍
