  • This is a short practice that starts with pelvic rocking to release the low back, then integrates upper body movement with the pelvic movement to encourage comfortable, fluid mobility in the neck and shoulders.

I have a kink in the neck and my cranio therapist said that I should always place a cushion under my neck when I lay down .. Can I do the exercise with a cushion ? What do you think ? I just dit the other video, where you have to sit against the wall. When I dit the exercise my head could not reach the wall.

Thanks for your query about taking care of yourself. Yes please put a blanket or pillow under your head so that your neck is relaxed. Here is a longer video with more options that may help bring comfort to your body. Working with neck also includes shoulders. Peace, Megan

For explanation taking more time instead of doing practically. Wasting time

If you don’t get the explanation, your practice won’t be the same . Knowledge and mindfulness is key to healing ? Of course with the breath .

Once you know how to do it properly You can forward the video next time. This exercise approach really works on body for healing and pain relief, far better than other exercises
