Yes!!! The crunch bits on the bottom are sooo delicious!! One time I answered the phone before I finished eat it, and hubby put the bowl in the sink!!! I nearly cried when I saw the water in my crunchy bits hahaha I thought someone just robbed me of the best part

if you think you’ve stained something with kimchi try using vinegar and baking soda or let bleach sit on it then clean it really well with dish soap

You can use any italian pasta as a substitute. The trick is to cook it with 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
