as a (Australian) italian, the kimichi ragu is actually the thing thats gonna make me try kimichi!! i only really know how to cook knock off italian food so this is gonna be great
I tried the kimchi fried rice recipe, but rolled them into cheese kimbaps. The rice itself was food by itself but as a cheese kimbap dish it was amazing. Its so easy to make too! Oh and i added pan fried spam.
Would you ever be willing to make a video about the items you use for korean cooking, such as the clay pot you use in this video? I see loads of different things about how to use them (Never heat them up empty, wet them first, start on low heat) and then Ill see a video and theyll just be straight on a burner and the food added after. I'd love to get one but I'm not sure how best to use them.

My favourite recipe is using kimchi to make grilled cheese. Just saute the kimchi a little then add it to ur grilled cheese it’s so good
