Just put the cucumbers on. You are paying for them. They are good for you. They are just plain melons with a little zippy charge. Don't eat the green peel or some of the peel if you don't like, don't eat the seeds if you don't like. Just eat them. There are reasons that cucumbers are in so many dishes. They are great.

my mom grew up in Mokpo, and everytime i would go back to Korea to visit my grandparents there, i would complain about how i had to spend time in the country side with nothing to do and not the city. i’ve learned to appreciate the culture of Jeollanamdo, our food, nature, coast side, and the accent that im so familiar with and spoke growing up. i also remember going back as an adult and riding the cable car, which made me see the beauty of it more. thank you for allowing others to see the beauty of Mokpo ❤️

I love watching dooby with mom, it is so cute & funny watching them enjoying the food & drink. What I'm amazed at is that at 70, being part Korean and watching these two skinny ladies scarfing all the interesting and tasty food, how do they stay so thin and in shape? I'm drinking my morning coffee and watching the meals and feeling stuffed and I'm not the one eating it. I know it's filmed over a period, but these days, I'm good with maybe one meal and that's about it. I can't handle constant eating, maybe when I was early teens and pre-30, but not anymore. If I went to Korea, it would be great looking, but I'd miss all the meals, as too much food & drink, and not enough calorie burning. Keep doing great videos. Mahalo.

Hey ! French subscriber here! If you're curious to know what's written on Yun Hi (hope I'm not butchering her name too much) T-shirt, it roughly translates to:"BEAMING - It's comforting to have such a nice weather/sunny day today - A radiant (synonym of beaming) future awaits you"
Love the energy! Wish I could taste all the delicious food ♡

The baby squid one is my fav!! When I used to work at a school they served this and I LOVED IT. One day the lunch lady came out and saw me digging in and got worried, yelling out, "No Emily teacher! It's not spaghetti!". I was like lol I know, it was so funny! Everyone was surprised

영상이 매우 아름답습니다. 음식 이야기지만, 음식에만 포커스가 가지 않고, 사람이 있고, 그 동네가 보이고, 분위기도 느껴지네요.

I watched this with my grandma and I cannot believe how hard you got her laughing!! she would laugh like crazy every time the octopus would squiggle or food would miss your mouth. I turned this on to just watch as background noise but I’m so happy we got to sit down and laugh together. food looks good! small town foods are the best foods. 🫶🖤
