It made me reflect on the richness and diversity of different cultures, and appreciate the beauty that comes from celebrating our differences. It was truly a memorable and eye-opening experience.
15:04 The stall owner is one of the nicest people I've met! STORYTIME: On my first trip to Seoul last year I went there and told him that I found his stall because he was shown on Yummiboy's channel. I'm so convinced that I'll be able to travel to South Korea someday after seeing this and finding an opportunity to find someone who would give me recommendations on where to visit from TikTok. I really look forward in indulging and learning about the beautiful Korean culture ❤
Korean culture is very very influenced and similar to Chinese culture. Traditional monuments, buildings, writing, clothing, religion, food, medicine, and more.
When I was younger I grew up in Korea town in my city. My mom signed me up for this Taekwondo where all the instructors recently arrived from Korea. I would attend the Korean cultural festivals with my Taekwondo, they taught me how to say thank you, count in Korean and most importantly really shaped me in terms of discipline and self control. Because of growing up in Korea town I really enjoy Korean cuisine and overall really want to visit. My aunt said after I got my black belt she would take me. I got my black belt and she never did 😭. However I’m 22 now so I’m going to go next year with my friends. Thank you for your videos, they make me excited and hungry.
2:04 Tina literally looked like a goddess and so pretty in that hanbok, all dressed up, doing a photo shoot, feeling like a princess but she looked even prettier and cuter when 2:12 she transitioned into her goofy self like THAT'S MY GIRL!!!
There is no denying it. You are officially the coolest person I know. I've been in the cooking industry for 25yrs and you get to try food I can only dream of. I explain this to so many people but you truly get it. Keep the amazing videos coming and take care of yourself. Your Friend Always: Patrick McMasters

Thank you for the Seoul virtual tour, Tina. Kevin is living the Kdrama experience with that hanbok. What a treat of 1 hour and 28 minutes filled with fun entertainment.
Usually I wouldn't have the patience to watch a one and half hour video in one sitting. But yeah, to my surprise I didn't want this video to end! For some reason, this video felt so nostalgic. Love you Dooby💗Looking forward to more feel good videos like this.

Wow, really outdid yourself here. This is probably the best documentary-style guide on Seoul I have ever seen from a RUclipsr! visited Japan last February, and it was probably the most memorable trip I've ever made. I still regret not having visited Korea on that trip. I am pretty sure I will get to visit Seoul as well though.

This is just an incredible source of information for someone traveling to Seoul! It's great to watch someone talk not only about the taste but the context and history behind local dishes!
Fun fact: chungyechun used to be an elevated highway that had failing infrastructure because the stream beneath the highway was corroding the structure. Instead of spending money to repair it this haven for the community was made. It used to be a very important stream for residence before the highway was built also. Bringing people back to nature as it used to be.

Excellent video tour and explaination of the foods for me to refamiliarize some of them and learn about others I didn't know of. I can say that I'm not a fusion or junk food foody, except for what's traditional. Your mom is spectacularly beautiful. It would have been a gorgeous site to see her in Hanbok. I spent 1 year in Uijeongbu city in 1997 when I was in the US Air Force, stationed at Camp Red Cloud. I turned 20 during my time there. I travelled around various parts of Seoul many times and went to Gyeongju city twice. I will never forget my time in Korea and I will always treasure that 1 best year of my life. I fell in love with what I was exposed to and will never forget the warmth I felt there from the people. Leaving Korea and leaving a very lovely special lady behind broke my heart. I had to wipe away my tears on the airplane. I have never returned since leaving, but I haven't forgotten how to read the language to probably a 75% proficiency, though I don't understand or speak Hangul beyond some phrases I learned. Thank you for accepting me into your country and culture. Forever live a free Korea!

I'm loving since you are only focusing on making these videos. So nice. ❤
hi doobydobap! you published this video while i was in seoul two weeks ago and I visited a BUNCH of the food places you recommended (bingsu, gilgeori toast, korean hot dog, mugwort hotteok, raw soy marinated crab, etc.) and they were all fire!! especially the radish tteokbokki, i still can't stop thinking about it 🤤
Wow wow wow, what an inspiring video this is. My son and I are travelling to South Korea next week, and after watching this, my excitement is getting bigger and bigger. Can’t wait to try out the food and do some sight seeing. Thanks for the upload. It’s all very helpful.

OMG girl I am shaking, the two of you sporting the traditional Hanbok clothing, I sense a proposal in the works, possibly while enjoying the wonderful view from up top in Naksan Park. 🔥❤️
Hanbok is influenced by Chinese hanfu
Naksan Park is a very nice spot... not a bad idea about that proposal! 😅
This is the best and longest tour video ever but really v interesting !!! love this keep it up ❤
Visiting Korea this summer so I’m so excited to go to these destinations you recommended 💞
Going back to Seoul in a week & I'm so glad I got to see this video before then! Ty for another great vid doobs!!!
Dooby you and your videos are a masterpiece. The vidoes are captured to perfection and oh boy they always remind me i do not need any other app to watch something when i can watch your cool creation.
Wait a sec. You put out a guide, made with so much love and the editing 💯 , it was of more than an hour and yet I watched the entire video with no breaks. It means u did exceptional job. Damn girl, I really appreciate how lovely it is to watch without any ad or no irrelevant ad.. 😅 SHOW US THE PARTS and food of Korea we never show. I'm loving since you are only focusing on making these videos. So nice. ❤
hi doobydobap! you published this video while i was in seoul two weeks ago and I visited a BUNCH of the food places you recommended (bingsu, gilgeori toast, korean hot dog, mugwort hotteok, raw soy marinated crab, etc.) and they were all fire!! especially the radish tteokbokki, i still can't stop thinking about it 🤤
i never get tired of watching your videos, very informative and entertaining. i hope to visit these places someday 💜
Wow wow wow, what an inspiring video this is.
My son and I are travelling to South Korea next week, and after watching this, my excitement is getting bigger and bigger.
Can’t wait to try out the food and do some sight seeing.
Thanks for the upload. It’s all very helpful.
THANK YOU TINA~ IM GOING TO KOREA NEXT WEEK FOR THE FIRST TIME AND YOU GOT ME SOOOO GOOD ❤️❤️❤️
You together with your Mom is so adorable! It reminds me of my Aunt Oki and how she was with my uncle (they both have passed over the last couple of years). Thanks for sharing your wonderful city and country!
This is my first video of you & I LOVED it, the shots & colors, the food, the way you described food, the scenery, your vibe, everything was amazing, I loved every single bit, thank you, keep on doing amazing videos, I’ll be keeping up 🫶🏻🧚🏼♀️
Tina randomly interviewing the twitter famous "this is what being a gemini feels like" meme dude lmaooo i spat out my water when i saw him
i've learnt so much dooby! thankyou so much for sharing on the Buddhist cuisine! i've been to seoul multiple times yet i've never explored this historic side of seoul! now i know where to go to explore~~! 🤗🤗
I second her recommendation of Sanchon (the Buddhist temple food restaurant she went to). Great for someone who has not tried that kind of Korean meal before - or for whoever just wants to eat lots of really delicious vegetables 🙂
First video here. The production. The music the shots. And the information. Just beautiful and you are informing and entertaining
So happy for the vlogs you put out!!
Watching your stuff is quite an "experience". Just the perfect length/pace, segments loaded with info, great views, & a sprinkle of 1:01:25 😆
Thank you for taking us along 🙏🏼💯
This is the best Korea vlog I seen! Your personality and delivery is phenomenal. I'm traveling to Seoul this weekend for a 10 Day vacation. I was based in uijeonbu from 2002 to 2003. I really missed Korea and I'm excited to bring my husband for the 1st time for our 17th Anniversary. I would be so honored to do a food vlog with you.
An hour and a half of doobydobap is 100% necessary for a chill morning before getting wrecked at a festival ❤️❤️
this shows that great content still does exists on youtube
I am living through you for your Seoul food adventure!! Seoul is on my bucket list!!
Omg! This is exactly what I needed last year in Seoul! Thank you for sharing it! I will keep it for next time I visit Korea cos I will 🤍 absolutely loved it there🤍
this was such a well made video with slowly going about each and every place. It was real good. Much love
will be visiting seoul for the first time this weekend, we are stoked! been following your food vids for years so it was lovely to find this video when looking up where to go in seoul - thanks for the recommendations and sharing such a personal view of the city!
Loved seeing you with your mom! You guys look so cute together! How I wish this video was already up before our Seoul trip. Will definitely include your recos next time! More of these please!
the camera quality😳, mind blowing 🤯, I'm watching it on 360p but it seems like 1080p. Your production is becoming awesome day by day.❤
Most of the things we did our first time in Seoul last year were recommendations taken from your videos. Can't wait to be back!!!!!
Dooby seems like the type of person who always flames her friends in a loving way and I love that
I love how the han river is kept clean with all food shops & late night activities
Thank you so much for this awesome guide! This comes at a superb time as I am planning my trip to Seoul...I m so going to look for those ramyeon with no soup packet...and I love ur interaction w your mom....Thank you again
i am so glad she was finally able to have this out! T-minus 3 days until I am in Seoul!!!
You’re awesome! Love the energy and enthusiasm you bring to your travel style vlogs
This is how Tina went from high 4K wardrobe and aura to progressively down to 480p out-of-the-bed throw everything on look. This is when you know that you have become comfortable with Seoul or any country if you live there long enough and assimilate with the locals
This video was absolutely brilliant 🤌🏽 Massive congratulations and thank you for this very informative and educational masterpiece. I was fully engrossed from start to end 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

서울 맛집을 힙하게 잘 설명해주시네요. 멋져요. You explain the famous restaurants in Seoul in a hip way. It's cool.
they way she said baby girl in the start, I high-key blushed !!
I know you said on ur past vlogs that u and ur mom aren’t in good terms. But now you guys are back again. ❤️ the scene at the park at the very end was so sweet 🫶🏽.
NOW, THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED BEFORE GOING BACK TO SEOUL!!!
