Thank you for not placing the camera at counter level and then hunching over to face the lense. Too many people with youtube cooking channels do that. You only show counter level when you’re chopping, rinsing, doing any sort of prep, which is fine.

Yesterday while watching this I stopped to go make rice. I then made this for lunch today and it was great. My favorite fried rice so far. The only change I made was to switch out the baby corn for edamame.
