Kapalbhati, especially, will help the heart pump blood more effectively. With regular practice, we are sure these exercises will ensure best results!

That's not a problem. Flexibility can take time. But it's important you try the pose. And the best way to do it is keep practicing. Fold your arms as much as you can everytime you do it and you will see gradually that you are able to fol them further.
I started doing this yesterday. It feels really good. I know that between this, my diet adjustment, and prayer, I am healed. 🙏🏾🙌🏾

It is preferable you do these on an empty stomach before any major meal.

My hands can't form the reverse prayer positions....what do I do to gradually train them?
