Apples are high in fructose. Lentils have more carbs than necessary. Oats are nothing more than carbs.
Carbs drives insulin spikes, taxes the pancreas, feeds cancer cells and drives glycation of cells in the body, contributing to aging.
      Avoid carbs to live longer.

Here is what I did for 6 months...
Apple cider vinegar with fresh lemon, ginger, cinnamon and flaxseed powder 2 x daily
    Intermittent fasting-
2 meals a day and 1 of them was oatmeal with frozen blueberries or dried cranberries
ate an apple every day as my snack.

Then I hurt my foot, went though a lot of stressful life changes including a dx that lead to chronic pain. I ended up gaining about 35 lbs. I went and got blood work and my dr wants to put me on meds because my cholesterol is high and my dad had a stroke and heart attack around 50. I feel really embarrassed and scared. Cholesterol is the body's bandaid. Your liver makes up to 3,000 mg a day and sends it to the injured arteries that are inflamed from chronically elevated insulin. Lower insulin levels by cutting back on processed foods/carbs/sugars.

Cutting back is not enough. Carnivore- grass fed. Beef man- it's not just for supper, it's for a long life of great health. Never consume fruit or grains as they are just 10 minutes from being pure sugar to your liver. And grains oils? You know, soy, canola, corn, safflower, sunflower... Talk about inflammation??That's a heart attack in a bottle.

Been eating chicken and shrimp/seafood more lately, instead of pork or beef. Very minimal sugar. I eat beans, lentils, nuts and seeds almost regularly. I snack on fruits. I eat real food a lot that I don’t have time or space in the stomach to eat any process food and yet I just got my LDL results yesterday and it’s 108 🥴. Going to see the dr next month 😞.

You eat the same healthy foods the most important thing in nutrition is to always receive your vitamins and minerals daily to always read the labels I don't ever eat restaurant foods because you never know how much sugar cholesterol sodium etc from no label foods I've been on dialysis for 4 and a half years you to always eat healthy foods to always build the control from the many recognition states from the lower energy sources because the faster metabolism build ups of produced higher energy sources will always build more sickness and nausea from the faster metabolism in dialysis patients so you must always program your mind to always be at the lower energy sources to always move and do slow so you don't ever create the faster toxic metabolism to not hit you harder. And always eat the healthy foods so then you don't create the more toxins worse in your body you can always live normal on dialysis from your lower energy sources creations so you to always create the most limited energy functioning mind of never thinking energys about unawarenessly from the elimination of your higher energy sources so you to always build the most recognition states automatically from the elimination of the higher energy functioning minds then you always eliminate all your panicness highs anger highs overrated highs worries fears obsessions competitiveness and jealousy from the elimination of your higher energy sources of then elimination of your higher energy functioning minds of never your thinking energys triggered by Nicholas c seccia

The presenter starts by telling us how many people die each year from poor diet and cholesterol issues, then harasses the lady trying to help us. Joy needs to be given a proper slot of 5 minutes without the presenter bullying her, by stopping her saying what we want to know. I will now see if I can find Joy Bauer elsewhere on you tube, to get a descent presentation on this subject. Thank you anyway for the stressful short clip.
