This is one of the workout videos I always return to, even after weeks.. I love how it's beginner friendly (though not termed as that), straightforward /not super complicated and the video length is a huge plus. Pls make another 45+ mins video, esp for beginners/upper body if possible 💜
Cannot praise you two enough. Been following this workout for 5 and a half months and started using 2kg dumbbells. I now use 12kg dumbbells. My friends are complementing my physique. Ive been called buff which I never thought would happen! This is the only workout I follow, 4x a week. I have strictly been doing your videos for almost 3 months and I have lost a ton of weight and noticed the defined muscles especially in my arms and shoulders! Thank you so much and always looking forward to new videos!
I would really like to see more of those long ones. Whenever I start I curse, and then after 20 Minutes Serotonin kicks in an I fly through the next 20 :D
LOVE this one! i did the 20 minute beginner one for a few weeks to got comfortable with the dumbbells and this one really pushed me. also your encouragements make me feel like a total bro in the gym. "EXPLOOOODEEEEEE"
Hey, I love the videos! I personally use one for upper body you did back in 2017 and will add to my routine another one from that time for shoulders & back. But seeing you have so many videos for roughly the same areas, which are the better ones? Are there major differences in terms of workout intensity? I'm a beginner myself and so far tried your upper and lower body videos from 2017.

I normally dont do lower back during my upper body, since RDLs are more for my lower and thus my lower back was a bit protesting:) Liked good mornings with weight in front of body some does it behind the neck but that feels to me very ackward. Keep going!

Great routine...again! Was wondering how many days should one rest between if doing twice a week. I’m looking to do this on Monday and Wednesday, with cardio (elliptical or running...if weather permits up in Chicago) Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Planned rest on Friday with calisthenics for legs on Sunday. Abs adlib 2 x per week.
