Dumbbell bicep and triceps On the same day ? Even if I’ve been working on my arms with dumbbells regularly for the past six months , I’ve never done both groups in the same session. Do you think this is okay for someone in their early fifties ? Feels like it would be too much.

Great workout as always! It would be great if you could suggest a couple post work out stretches after each work out. Thanks don’t stop!
ther are only couple of stretches anyway just do them 30 sec each for each muscle group and you are good
