A 7675 sq ft home on 1/2 acre lot is absurd. Eat breakfast while neighbors stare are you and you can reach and touch them, no privacy. A house of that size requires 4+ acres minimum to properly portion it and provide amble privacy.
With your personal opinions of what you think it should be, is it difficult to sell? What you see, you should try hard with professionalism to sell just that. To make potential buyers at ease and really like what they're getting. To me, in my opinion, you are selling doubt.

I agree, for as long as I’ve been doing this, if I pursued everyone’s wishes I wouldn’t speak to anyone. lol I’d rather throw one ball to the person that wants to catch it than multiple and hope I’m throwing to the right receiver if that makes sense.
