Sam, I have said it to other's selling houses. You may not like showing the garage but most buyers are men. So they want to see the garage for their cars and storage and other things. How many cars can fit into that garage and so on. Waterfall mount faucet. That is what they call them in South Florida. Sam the TV fire and your red jacket will never ever put out real heat needed in that house in the winter once the sun goes down and snow is on the grown. Blue Heron once made wonderful real fire place which is lacking here.
Actually, especially in Vegas, you have a LOT of female buyers, because they divorced in CA and went over there to sow their wild oats while living off their share of their ex's wealth. 1- when they come out of the wall, called a spigot. 2- when i enter i look down because i am in a wheelchair. you showed the seamless entry way to the back, what about the front? i have to be able to get in and out of my house on my own. i am an independent S.O.B.. and some day, maybe soon, i am going to make up my mind where to move to. 3- h o a's ? no, i do not want. 4- only 6300 sq/ft. does it come in 8000 or 8500 sq/ft? i like open floor plans, so i can move around easier. 5- it is multi level, so it needs an elevator. but yeah, i do like it. maybe wider doorways, if i were picky.
I like modern homes but this one looked more like a building than a home to me. I love homes that look modern but still have a cozy feel even though they may be large. This home didn’t have those qualities.
Blue Heron is my dream builder! The only thing I might have issue with is not all the stunning views - it's the windows in the bathroom. I'm not one to want to be all buff in nature, so I'd want the type of glass in the shower area that can go opaque at the press of a button. The only other question I would have is, if like many of their other home builds, does this come with solar.

The mudroom bathroom sink is outfitted with a 'Wall-mount' spicket and level handle. Beautiful home. Great content.

At this price you definitely should be picky!! All can be accomplished in Ascaya for sure!!

One of my favorite builders as well! Solar can be added, frosted windows done✅ and the views are insane!✅
