Love the exterior of this home!!

I love the floors. I hate when luxury homes have wood floors everywhere, especially in the kitchen. Wood floors should be in the bedrooms, theater room, gym only. Concrete, tile, etc everywhere else in my opinion. I hate carpet.

I like modern homes but this one looked more like a building than a home to me. I love homes that look modern but still have a cozy feel even though they may be large. This home didn’t have those qualities.

The House Looks Amazing! Great House! (Read all the way through). The Sound Quality of your voice is Atrocious! Scale of 1-10… it’s a 3. Super Harsh audio/voice audio. You might need a much better microphone and also learn how to edit sound in your video. You also need to learn how to light yourself better. And the few shots and there were only a few where we could cleanly see your face… You seem like a genuinely good-looking person that would film very well. However, through most of the video your face is so darked out we can’t really actually see who you are. I know that has to do with the fact that your skin color is dark, but really you have to take that into consideration when you’re filming yourself and figure out a way to properly light your face so that we can see who you are. If anybody comments on this and makes it a racial thing then you guys are absolute idiots. This has nothing to do with race. This has everything to do with filming and lighting. If I’m watching a host present something to me I would like to see their face, especially if they’re good.. which it seems to me.. you seem to be pretty good.. so please figure out a better lighting system so that we can better see who you are on your videos. And please figure out the audio because I quit halfway through even though I loved the house… I couldn’t stand the audio. It was so harsh and oscillating between high pitch and medium pitch… Harsh. Beautiful house though! 👍 Ok.. I originally watched this video on my 75 inch 4K TV with a BadAss Soundsystem and the sound was atrocious. Out of curiosity, I went back and finished the video from the halfway point on my iPhone. The sound quality on my iPhone came out perfectly fine…. well because… it’s just a little bitty speaker on my iPhone 😂. For those of us watching it at home on a nice 4k+ TV with a Badass Soundsystem you need to figure out your recording system because it’s not good enough. For everybody watching on a phone it’s perfectly adequate. The lighting situation still needs to be addressed no matter what. But I did manage to finish the video on my phone. You did a great job overall.. it’s just that quality control needs to be addressed as far as filming goes. This is the only video I’ve ever seen of you.. It’s the first and only. I wish you the best and I will research your channel for more videos because you definitely grabbed my interest. Upgrade your audio and your lighting and I think you will be a great RUclips presenter. Again this assumption is based on one video that I have seen of you and I have no idea how popular you are 😂 and if you were super super popular and I just don’t know it then maybe I’m just an idiot moron? And for those of you that are going to comment that yes I am an idiot moron I can guarantee you that I am not 😂 ! And while I may not be an idiot moron, I am still not smart enough to figure out a way to make enough money to buy that house. If I were, I would definitely call you to buy that damn house because it is freaking phenomenal and I love “Blue Heron”. They build the best of the best of the best…. their vision is perfect.

Nice home. Love the glass walkway and pool area. I'm not feeling the interior stacked stone. I would've preferred a more modern cladded stone or possibly white oak instead of the stacked stone on the interior.

Yeah, uh no. Not for that price. It's a $700K house priced at $5.5 million. This is just Blue Heron buying up expensive lots in double guard gated communities and building cheaply built, poorly designed homes on them. Waste of a lot, Shows how much they care about their customer. And Not 6400 square ft, unless youre including the garage.

That closet is literally 3x the size of my apt in nyc.... and I'm not even joking.
