I also much prefer the detailed narrated tours. Tours like this break up the property too much, no feeling of flow. Just my opinion. Keep up the good work!
Mr. Coleman, is this home for sale again? I thought it was in purchased in 2022/23 and off the market... I didn't even think there was anymore land for sale in Obsidian.
I like the concept of silent tour but.... you need to still film like you're walking through the home. Start by walking to the front door. Entering the house, and walk through the house in sequential order. The random display of different rooms left me unable to imagine how the rooms fit together
Sorry but the way this was put together I got no feel for the flow of the home of where anything was located. Not even a floor plan to look at. I must say there is a lot of wasted water in this home. 1 pool I could understand in the being where the home is, but not 3.
Why is the change so extreme? The camera man needs to focus on the home opposed to glued to you. Host can walk the property and describe its contents off camera and intermittently appear on camera at different intervals. You have to create a balance between the two. Showing the spaces along with your commentary on and off camera is a great goal.
Trying to find the balance and a great flow. The value of the info that I know about the homes has to be there but also giving a better POV las a viewer needs to be there also. I’m working on it! 🙏🏿
You do great, and your a natural talent. Viewing earlier videos of yours the formula was on point. I'm thinking there is a difference in the current videographer and or cameraman. That person understands the benefit of prioritizing the product would mean to your audience.
Nahh I like the talking better. At least introduce the areas. No need to point out so many details. Like that dude Chakits Krulsawat do. You was doing ok to me
