Nice home. Love the glass walkway and pool area. I'm not feeling the interior stacked stone. I would've preferred a more modern cladded stone or possibly white oak instead of the stacked stone on the interior.

God has been extremely gracious to us, however, we don’t splurge on homes at this point in our lives. 3 kids in private school and thinking 20 years ahead is where we are financially focused! Lol I can see how it would be easy to live like my clients with the opportunities we have!

Yes, there will be about 100 homesites total but the previous project t stargazer was another community.

Some people get loans, it really often depends on what the buyers goals are. They can often get a better return on the cash that negates the interest rate so it becomes a better use of funds!
