Uuuhhhhhhhh. I'll just sit here gobsmacked. You said the owner designed this? If that's not what they do for a living, they need to! Holy hell that place is beyond gorgeous. Any buyer would be smart to try to add the furnishings in the home to the sale too. Impeccable.
I would love to live here! They seemed to have thought of everything. It's beyond beautiful. They even thought of a space for guest to live during their stay; without intruding on their peace. This is a well thought out home. With privacy for sure. Might be one of the best homes yet. That master shower was stellar! Love. Love. Love. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
THIS !!! ❤❤❤ I think the difference between this home and others you show is that this one was actually lived in, and not just staged. It is superb in every way. So warm, unique and totally NOT that “vanilla” look that we keep seeing these days. Kudos to the homeowner (or the designer if one was hired) for the great design.
I like that the house does not have very high celings and high windows which is difficult to clean or board up in case of tornados or storms. No wasted space. All the spaces are well used. I hate homes with very high ceilings and super high windows reaching up to the very high ceilings.
First when I saw the house i thought it was too pricey. But seeing the futures and the extra detach garage with upstairs bachelor pad and inside the features. Love that it is fenced around so folks can know their boundaries since most homes in the USA are not fenced or have walls. Nice size backyard not too big not too small and there is a swimming pool. The price was worth it. Nice and classy house.
this is an incredible build. the quality fittings, size, layout - everything is just top notch. i especially like the layout. its like living in your own compound. large family wont get in eachothers way in a place like this
That was a lot of property for just under 3 million. Love the design!!! Master bedroom through me off a little but the onsuite and everything else was amazing.
😍Soo nice! Was surprised by how 🤔small the pool is- but other than the downstairs vanity not facing the windows for natural light when doing makeup and maybe a bit more color this place is probably thee 🥰BEST vid that you guys have to date! I would rather look at homes that are fully furnished than not! Good job and looking forward to viewing more as😘 I day daydream of one day living in s home just as nice as this one! 😉😁
I can't forget the joy of imagining the dream of owning and sharing this with my mother and mother-in-law , whom I had the pleasure of the both of them visiting me and my wife in homes we lived across the country. The peace and serenity and the aesthetic views would overwhelm them with smiles. The five acre plot would secure future plans of growth and generational appreciation that would numb the senses of family members to come. I'd become very thankful more than I am now, thinking that I would be beyond blessed. I take my hat off to the builders of this dream that far extenuates the imagination of what a home could be. I also thank " The Coleman John Group" the two of you have the best jobs to intrigue the interest of what could be. Thank you, again. The King without a castle. A.C. 5/14/24
This home is the finest that you have featured on your channel. The architects should teach every other firm in Nashville as to what an original design should be. No wide open floor plan provides areas of cozy comfort. The primary bedroom closets are exquisite, well appointed and luxurious. The shower in the primary bathroom is not wide open affording some privacy. No wasted space with the dual vanities, not getting in the others way. The downstairs laundry is perfect, the dog wash can also serve as a drip dry area. The kitchen is, how can I keep the up with the superlatives, it its nearly perfect. The studio/guest house, again great. Once it is landscaped to the owners specifications, you may never leave home. Please open the kitchen cabinets, a drawer or two, the oven and refrigerator, and the storage in the mudroom. Adding four or five minutes to this type of tour will not hurt at all. I could keep going on and on. This house is nearly perfect. I do hold concern about the flags that are flying next door.
wow, this is beautiful. The town is great as well. I wanna know what the seller's new home looks like if this is their designs. Just magnificent. Lucky buyer got good deal on this one. Sold this month.
Great showing, thanks for uploading!... I like it, it's a keeper for me( if the $2.9 includes the main home and the 5 acres) I like that it feels like a home vs museum. NOT a fan of open concept but this works for me. My only critique would be,you started in the kitchen, I was unable to take it in from the primary point of entry which is a must!
Sam , I love simplicity if the music.. Ut helps me to relax and enjoy the home, if I was walking thru it. Now, I am hook on your House Showing. Just wish I knew someone who is bless to give you a referral. How u like that ?
It’s a nice vacation home. Or if you are wealthy and can afford the staff this place would need to keep it up. But for a woman who has a full time job whose name is not Oprah or another celebrity….ill admire it from afar
Could you provide details on who designed and installed the trim work? I'm especially interested in the built-in floating shelves in the entryway and the floating cabinetry in the primary bedroom.
The only thing this place is lacking is trees on the property. Some of the interior finishes aren't exactly my thing but overall the design and layout is amazing.
this house is stunning but I hate that there are no mature trees anywhere. It makes me crazy when these developers level everything and leave no old trees
Why do some people build their homes so far back? Personally I would builder a little closer to the street or somwhere in the middle so I can have a larger backyard
If your paying 500k and up for a house you need land like this. Buying luxury house in neighborhoods that are close to each other doesnt make sense. Love this house but yeah wish it had more trees.
I don't see how this place is worth anywhere near 3 million dollars. Five acres and yet you're slap up against your neighbor. Five acres and you built the smallest pool known to man. And who would want wet swimmers coming in through their living room to use the bathroom? The design is a maze that forces you to ramble through the (small for 3 mil) house until you find your way out. And what is up with all the bead board? Was there a sale that day? Great place for dust to collect. The kitchen is small as there is no island seating with the exception of two seats on the end. The kitchen is "pretty" but not useable on a day-to-day basis. The house is so small that your garage is the only place to work out, so your cars sit outside of your detached garage. Who wants to bring groceries in while it's raining. I like the idea of an upstairs apartment above the garage but the stairs ending at the front door is a tripping hazard for guests trying to enter or exit. I did not like the AC box being located where it was in the bedroom. There HAD to have been other places to locate it. And why a split and not a full AC unit for the apartment and the "exercise" room that was a garage? If this house is so perfect and designed to the tastes of the owner, why are they moving? Pass. Overpriced by half.
This house is way too on trend. It’s a fleeting moment that’s already rotting on the vine. Whoever buys it is going to have to spend a ton of money replacing treatments and finishes. The black exterior alone is going to turn so many buyers away.
The outdoors matter a lot. Having no matured trees tells me during June, July, August, and September, you cannot really enjoy the backyard because of heat. I would not pay 2.9 million for this, there are better options at cheaper prices.
it is beyond me how you build a large home with such small bedrooms. the closet would not even hold all my clothes. boggles the mind. this home is priced way to high.
The desire of Southerners to clear-cut their properties is psychotic. What is that about? Why do your properties always have to be dead zones for trees?
I would love that. Veteran. Do you know what that flag actually means? Would you be more offended if the neighbor had a 'Bonnie Blue' flag up instead of the Don't Tread on Me flag. Be careful on what you say. 😂😂
Please explain why anyone would even consider moving to Tennessee with it's Cannabis laws the way they are today. Beautiful home but in it's current location it's not worth $900,000.00 let alone $2.9 Million.
Uuuhhhhhhhh. I'll just sit here gobsmacked. You said the owner designed this? If that's not what they do for a living, they need to! Holy hell that place is beyond gorgeous. Any buyer would be smart to try to add the furnishings in the home to the sale too. Impeccable.
Yes, she designed the entire home from start to finish. She's extremely talented!! Thanks for watching :)
I agree!! This home is gorgeous ❤
Absolutely Beautiful 😍 you said the home owner designed it, but who was the builder? 👍🏾
@@COLEMANJOHNS Is she available for hire? I also like the interior iron door dividers in the living room area!
Looks like the inside of these new mobile homes. Cheap, busy, and outdated. 😂😂
Man beautiful piece, I can’t believe the owner is selling are you kidding this definitely could have been a forever home.
I would love to live here! They seemed to have thought of everything. It's beyond beautiful. They even thought of a space for guest to live during their stay; without intruding on their peace. I agree! This one was really cozy. Thanks for tuning in :)

Oh wow, I can only dream...love this home. Soooooo beautiful. And, like the host, too. Such a handsome young man
This is one of the very best homes I have seen , a true diamond. ,,🤯
🌹 This property is BEAUTIFUL. I love the design and location. Thank you for sharing. 🌹
Yes 🙌🏾 and my son wants to attend Tennessee State University. Very very beautiful and elegant home. It seems to be peaceful as well ❤❤❤
Simply GORGEOUS!!! The attention to details EXPLICIT..... One of the BEST homes you have shown
yes.yes.yes.I love .Thank you.
That was a lot of property for just under 3 million. Love the design!!! Master bedroom through me off a little but the onsuite and everything else was amazing.

Very, very warm, what a lot of homes are missing nowadays. I don't like the stove color it takes away from the warmth. Lovely home
Gorgeous home, inside and out! 🏘

All of my favourite colours for a home

Finally a good one
good house and I love the designe. It was amazing
Beautiful 🖤
Beautiful house 🖤🖤 I love it so much
Could you provide details on who designed and installed the trim work? I'm especially interested in the built-in floating shelves in the entryway and the floating cabinetry in the primary bedroom.
It is like renovated barn.. love it ! :) 😊
Beautiful home, but we HAVE to see what’s inside ALL of those small doors around the house!
I love 💖 greenary surroundings
Beautiful home love the colours
Dope share
I love this house and its moody kitchen.
The only thing this place is lacking is trees on the property. Some of the interior finishes aren't exactly my thing but overall the design and layout is amazing.
I need a scaled down version of this. Same 1st floor and finished but a small upstairs (a bonus room/extra bed & bath). No more than 4K Sq Ft
Beautiful
Wonderful
badass house
Very beautiful, from Nairobi Kenya
Thanks for watching :)
Custom curated rooms that all look exactly alike. Swell.
Need her as my home designer in the future! 😂
Live in the mid-west. Where would you go for tornado shelter?
Quede con ganas de saber que había en la casa pequeña que estaba detrás del gym y la que estaba la lado de la piscina
Music is way to loud. Beautiful home
Can you guys share who the designer is on this home? We have a new home downtown Franklin and need help.
Hi! Please send an email to sam@colemanjohns.com
@@COLEMANJOHNS Never received a response back.
Great video guys! Would love to meet up sometime and shoot together
I have trepidation about tornadoes visiting this area😮
Cars are included? I see cars in all videos almost 🙂
Does the house come with everything
Wow...gorgeous! I like your style. Great job showing the house. I decided to subscribe to your channel.
this house is stunning but I hate that there are no mature trees anywhere. It makes me crazy when these developers level everything and leave no old trees
damn some people will always find something to complain about
It’s a fair complaint though, it is nice when developers leave a few mature trees that aren’t in the way of anything
Where is the indoor golf simulator?
Why do some people build their homes so far back? Personally I would builder a little closer to the street or somwhere in the middle so I can have a larger backyard
Is this house still on the market?
Today is the first day! I bet it doesn't last long!! Perfection in every direction and the location is ideal too!!
$1.9 for Murfreesboro!?! Nice house but interior is way too modern for me. Good luck with that price!
Nice house. I build houses in Seattle and I just don’t get why anyone would want 6 steps up to their front door on a flat lot??
Its stunning but the price is way over!
It's a beautiful property, but the neighbor behind you is adjacent to the rear.
No audio

You obviously haven't been to Nashville lately
Probably 400k 5 years ago
I would be concerned about a tornado
It's a nice house
Bro don't be shy, narrate the tour. The music is horrible to have to listen to
What a hilariously sad pool for such a large property.
Don't like house tours that don't explain what I am looking at

Feels like Im touring the inside of mobile home. Everything looks... IKEA ?? Cheap, busy, and outdated. Definitey dont see the appeal.
Absolutely over priced❗️❗️❗️👎
I DONT MEAN ANY HARM 😮‼️ ITS BETTER WHEN THE PERSON WHO SHOWING THE HOUSE TO TALK 🦜 THE VEIWER'S THROUGH INSTEAD OF THIS 🎵🎶 MUSIC 🥴👎🏼
3 million for Tennessee? You might as well buy a beach house in California.
1960s Cali not today
The desire of Southerners to clear-cut their properties is psychotic. What is that about? Why do your properties always have to be dead zones for trees?
This was a cattle farm. Plenty of trees have been planted. It will continue to get more lush and beautiful with a little time.
Amazing house until you realize you live next door to a Don’t Tread On Me flag 🥴
I would love that. Veteran. Do you know what that flag actually means? Would you be more offended if the neighbor had a 'Bonnie Blue' flag up instead of the Don't Tread on Me flag. Be careful on what you say. 😂😂

Living in Denver and the 'cannibus' laws in Colorado just drove the prices up to the point I had to move out of State.
