Where is it?
This house is an example of why we left NOVA. A giant mansion like house right across from a standard home on a busy road? Why?
3 million for a 2 car garage is crazy
Thank you exactly
I bought a house with three car garage for 250K and it was brand new but it was fourteen years ago. Worth a lot more now.
Regardingless. Marketing to a buyer who would not mind a two-car garage, and the buyer could redesign the garage and expand on it. It’s a no brainer fix. Personally, the house is okay as it is.
Nice house but i would like it to be secluded with more acres of land for a bigger yard.
For some people the location might be perfect.
I was thinking the same thing. It looks cramped when considering the road in front of the house and yard space. I imagine a house at $3mil far away from the road with a driveway leading to the house.
Nice home but imagine a $3M home on the main road and across the street is a basic $180K house.
yup! and don't forget you're in bum Centerville weigh nothing around. a DC Is still 45 minutes away plus traffic 😭😭😭
@@mobeezy87 these are the last days 🤣
@@mobeezy87 That is way too close to DC.
hard pass on location.
Not my style
This house is soo incredible! I can just imagine my family celebrating or doing some sort of occasion to any corner of the house. I love this video as well!
Now, that's a real basement. I LOVE IT
As someone from DC, I can tell the people in the comment section that building homes like this one in these types of neighborhoods is common in Northern VA (although Centerville isn’t really considered NoVa). People want the convenience of being close to things so they’ll build homes in existing neighborhoods as opposed to living farther out; especially when there aren’t a lot of gated communities. Arlington is an example of that. It’s a mismatch of small/old and new/large homes. A lot of homes in the DMV go for millions w/o land, pools, 3+ car garages, etc. It’s unfortunate but that’s just the cost of living here. If we could have the luxury that the Deep South and Midwest have price wise, believe me we would gladly take it.
I drive by this house everyday. Not worth the price due to location. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Interested in seeing what it actually sells at. Beautiful on the inside, though!
This is a beautiful home, but it’s not worth $3 million
max 1.2 god bless
100% AGREE!!!!
The only way $3M makes sense is for this to be in LA or NY ...anywhere else, 700k-1.5M
This would be a 20-25 million in new york
250-350 dollars a sq ft in LA and ny
Beautiful house but the lot size and location is terrible in Centerville for 3M that's a joke
I agree with a previous commenter, the layout and design aesthetic is an amalgamation of all the current trends, especially in the kitchen. I instantly saw too many things I’d want to change. The location is also questionable. Why you would build a 4 story McMansion next to a busy street lined with ranch style split levels is odd.
Beautifully designed, open concepts, lots of windows mean lots of sunshine, good quality accessories.
Love the natural light in kitchen. Love the quartz and farm sink.
Beautiful Exterior. Nice built-ins and light fixtures. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Including an elevator was great! Liked layout of home. Bigger yards, and a quiet location would be better. Thanks for tour!
Yeah, Nice house just in the wrong location for 3M's because people spending that much would not want to be next to a busy road where a vehicle can come flying into the house.... spending that much for a person to potential run into your house and harming you who has enough funds to buy a 3Ms house..... I highly doubt the rich will purchase but some corporation may buy it to inflate the cost of all the other houses they may own and rent out in the location.... LOL
That's true not to mention a small backyard.
Buy the road and shut it down 😂
This is very standard for NOVA, and Centreville more specifically. Large yards and slow streets really don't exist here. You'll have to look further west/south to get that for similar money, or fork out major money to live in Great Falls. I know it looks odd, but it's very common for multi-million dollar homes to be plopped in between much older/smaller homes.
I think you're wrong 😂
@@Master0fMayhem Exactly
This home is very nice and spacious. Elevator is very useful considering 4 levels. I would definitely try to purchase the home behind the 4th floor patio and put a in closed fence to give me more backyard space. I would purchase this today🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Stunningly! I never was that fortunate.
It is a beautifully structured home, but it is located in a part of Centerville that isn't the quietest for the price. You can hear noise from passing cars, and the kitchen entry door doesn’t offer much privacy. Additionally, there are no acres of land to support the property's assessed value. I’m sure someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about home buying will end up making a crazy offer anyway, since the house has all the amenities except for a pool. LOL!
I looooooove this home, it is beautiful Vaginia is where I want my permanent residence, if not this home, I want one like it. I love it.
Very nice but quirky mansion. I see nothing but high-end finishes. From wainscotting everywhere, coffered ceilings, quartz countertops, etc. It's just in the wrong location. Very, very busy road.
3 million, but I loved the swimming pool. Oh, wait. There isn't one.
NYC here, and this is a very nice home. Thanks for the tour. New subscriber! 🙏💪💯
Thanks 🙏
I'm watching your video from Fairfax Station, VA.
The half bath called.. powder room
Indeed. They put a house for 3M in a 300k neighborhood. Smh.
Took the words right out of my mouth!!! Why do builders do that???
GREAT SHOWING. EXCELLENT PROPERTY. THANKYOU.
I'm in Colorado Springs Colorado, beautiful house!
I need this home in Georgia. I would just a few adjustments however it’s a love. Thank you
If I go to sleep tonight and dream of the winning Mega Millions number, the first thing I'd do is buy this house. Absolute stunner! I wouldn't change a thing. That primary suite is next level. Beautiful home and worth the price tag to me.
I’ve been having these thoughts since he first posted even been looking it up. 🙌🏾. I would only come out to grocery shop and vacation. I have my friends rooms picked out. If not this house I would love this same build in Vegas
This is Beyond perfect the bathrooms are placed in the right place, and it has elevator and it so much more whoever designed this house had a great perfect mind omg
These modern homes are cold and drab looking. Give me a traditional Georgian any day!
I'm originally from NYC so...a place like this is considered a steal for 3mil..STRAIGHT UP‼️
I'm watching from Milwaukee wisconsin beautiful home
If I'm paying $3M for a home, it needs to be in a Gated Community with 24/7 security.
Don't get me wrong this is a nice house but definitely not 3mill ...from the wood to that kind of backsplash..the road neighbors...and the main reason I commented the backyard they have the kitchen and fireplace out in the open ..what's going to happen to the kitchen when it rains and snow overtime..like this is wild
Such a nice house & only 1 master bedroom closet 😂 2 closets is a must.
Good model home for another location. Otherwise perfect multi generational home 😅😅
Beautiful House!!!
NICE house.. the primary bd room was a cool layout... They could do without the second entry near the bth room though... and the closet needs to be bigger to match the square footage other than that.. I can see this as an actual forever home and not a home new money buy and move in 3 to 5 years.
25:08 from Grozny, Chechnya. A very nice house. Thank you for the presentation.
The house is very nice, with the 4th floor outside rooftop.
I kept stopping due to the video moving a tadbit too fast, creating a dizzy feeling, lol.
My bad! Will do slower for the upcoming videos.
@arlingtonvirginiarealestate Thanks for your consideration.
No prob. I appreciate the feedback.
❤❤
I am watching from Rancho Cordova ,CA. We used to live in Manassas, VA not too far from Centerville!
I like all the light fixtures
Beautiful kitchen.
Did this house raise the property values around it or did the other homes lower the value of this one? It's beautiful but so, so, so outta place for this neighborhood.
It hasn’t sold yet but I would definitely say it would raise the values of the homes once it sells. Once it sells, other builders will start buying more homes in the neighborhood. It’s definitely one of a kind for the area right now.
Nice house but the price does not match! It’s crazy!
This house is beautiful I love it.
Watching from South Carolina ❤
I don’t see nothing wrong in this home. I used to lived in VA and I just love spirit there. It’s homes that cost more than this and don’t even half this much space. Even with location it’s still good. Always can gate it all around . Thank you for showing us.
Why 7 full bathrooms but only 5 bedrooms? Who's using the other 2 full baths??
Lol, I always wonder about this when the bathrooms out number the bedrooms.
No pool
Were there any windows opened during this tour? Because there seems to be a lot of road noise.
That's quite the McMansion. Its has all the impressive nondescript aesthetics and amenities.
Very lovely 😊
🎉🎉🎉beautiful house 🏠
Hello my name is Ebony I like this home the design is lovely
My God the second master suite was the size of studio apartment!😮
😳 3 Mil for what? It doesn't even have a pool and so close to the road very nice but not for that price 🤑
Beautiful home. Does NOT look like a good location. You can hear the main road as soon as he stepped outside each time.... I want property lol. But at the end of the day..... It is a beautiful home
Watching from Richmond 👋🏾
Real. Nice. Where’s. The. Pool. 🤷🏾😊
Luxury homes... ❤❤❤
Absolutely beautiful but is all the homes in the area of equal. I think it would be hard to sell in a common area. For 3m it should of been built on a secluded land❤
I like this house 🏡
Very nice, just needs a little more yard space.
Nice house but 3 million and back yard is a thumbs down and no pool
I enjoy watching these home tours, but a recurring issue is when reviewers highlight obvious features. This isn't specific to any one video-all reviewers seem to do it. For example, they point at a sink and call it a sink or identify a stove as a stove. I'd prefer it if they focused on providing information that viewers wouldn't already know. I would mute but I may miss some additional information that a buyer wouldn’t know.
Watching from New York bao-Cu😊
Very nice home but it needs to be on a lot with some acreage secluded
Stunning home, but does seem a bit pricey for it not to have its own gated drive and a bit more land to it.
Nice home but the location makes it look out of place.
Why build a 3 million dollar house in this neighborhood, especially considering the size of the lot and the surrounding homes.....greed, greed, greed.
Beautiful wish it could be mine a person can dream
Very nice house but two problems. One, I wouldn’t want that busy location. But something tells me it’s another million to get the privacy you want. The second thing is I would have expected more garage space on a 12,000sq ft home
Not a fan of the vinyl flooring, but beautiful kitchen and I see they love their wine😂
I’m from chesapeske VA. and I like that house
House itself is gorgeous, but location is not great. House sticks out like a sore thumb
I hate how there's always a pre cut cubby for the TV, I mean, like u can't put the size of the TV you want in the the spot that is build for the tv
I don't know if a similar house can be found in nepervile Illinois dupage
South Carolina.
Not too fond of that house. Many reasons.
Thx for showing it.
Its in the wrong location for that amount of money.
In the middle of 30 acres...Great!
I notice house price in USA is way cheaper compare here in west europe.😊
Jaw-Droppingly Over-Priced...
I love super close to this house and I would not recommend it’s next to a busy road
Well I am from Southern California.I love that house though. It is well worth 3 million or more.I wouldn't mind buying that house for myself. It'd be a vacation spot since i'm in southern california
Hate the fact that the stairs feel like they smother you the minute you open the front door. No bueno feng shui.
I think is is about the house more than the garage
If ever I want house maybe only 4 bedroom and open layout in the first floor hehehe can’t imagine the yearly tax hehehe. i love those toilets tho,the sad part for that is when u get old it will be so quiet😔😔
If you’re getting comments on the price vs. amount of house in different cities, then yes it’s overpriced. Atlanta Georgia For that price you could afford to purchase a mini mansion with everything in this house plus a 4 car garage, with the Owner suite on the main, Full Kitchen, with also a chef’s kitchen, A extra apartment on the property for out own guess. Pool/ grill area covered.
For it to cost that much Id expect the whole house to have some privacy. Id want it fenced all around
Yeah, nice but in the wrong location. Priced too high.
The size of the closets in the primary bedroom is too small for 3m and most likely two people will share it.
I thought AGENTS were not calling it the master bedroom 😢anymore, I thought the primary bedroom or main bathroom 🤔 just asking a question
I would like to know the name of the builder and do they build in any other parts of the country?😊❤
Very Nice but WTF
What I never understand is the garage on these homes
5 people in the house
Now assuming they all drive, why is it only 2 people that comfortably park their cars. Why can’t they make the garage 2 cars deep at least so 4 cars can park inside
Here in Ottawa Canada 🇨🇦
I’ve seen some houses like this and it’s a 3 car garage and each garage takes 2 cars for a total of 6 CARS
I mean common, make it make sense
Architects need to get more creative or is it the builders fault or both
I’m assuming it’s the latter.
Only 2 car garage for a house this huge and over $2 mil ?
I like open space beautiful tho❤❤
I see traffic of cars close to a main road. I'll have to pass on the location and price
I thought we swapped “master” for “primary”?
