So I enjoyed the tour Jeff..I really liked the floorplan of this house overall...and there were some very nice features that were showcased too. The first being the FRONT DOOR which gave you character, security...just "AWESOME"! Second, was the huge picture window in the stairwell...that just flooded the area with light...SHOW STOPPER for sure! And in the basement bedroom...that was a built in desk...not a 2nd closet. Now for the "missed opportunities"... at 3.5 million dollars there should NOT be things that I still have to do to this house. The first blaring omission "is the elevator" that's not there. That is what makes the difference of whether this is a FOREVER HOME or not as the owners age. The lighting package throughout the house was miss matched...(pick a theme) and stay with it please. No pot filler in the kitchen...really? 🙄 No appliance package downstairs & and in laundry rooms (hopefully, they will get credit for that at closing). You pointed out that there is a "water source" at the back of the property. Which can almost guarantee you will have regular visits from your local woodland creatures...where is the FENCE ? Water also means you will most likely have an insect problem in summer season...where is the SCREENED in PORCH in the back ? So why am I "nitpicking" so much...? Because ( as a potential buyer in my mind ) the house cost 3.5 million dollars...why is there still so much left to be done to it ? That's not a question for you Jeff...but for the builder..and their choices...but they need feedback from you to let them know how buyers are responding to what they have chosen. Just my opinion
Nice garage. Though the primary walk-in closets kinda looked like an after thought, or at least not as prominent of a feature I might expect at that price point. Good tour. Thanks
The old houses next door and in the neighborhood would force me not to purchase unless all new construction on my street for over 3 million dollars sorry
Their homes are worth way more quality wise. If there were to be a natural disaster of any kind their homes would hold up before yours does. They’re winning fr
Not worth 3.5 million. Because of McLean i will give it 1.5 million at most because of the location. Garage floor trimming not well finished. Bedrooms are too small, guest shower too small. Looks like there are too many sub divisions framing to create more room, which lead to smaller rooms and baths. Laundry room at top is a plus but walking closet is snall. I cant see a place to even put 1 full suit cases. Well as you said in the beginning, this is done by a new developer and not an experienced developer.

I think it would be weird to live in a $3M home in a neighborhood where the surrounding homes costs a lot less.
Beautiful house

@@naturallynobay5850Then you purchase the ugly old homes and I will purchase new construction like I said.

Where does the TV go in the master bedroom
3.5 mill seems too much. i rather have a house with 30 acres
The housing market is really going vrazy now
As realtors we say that every week 😆. What exact do you mean?
Where is the formal living room? That’s have to be a family room.

That walk in closet in the primary was horrible. Not a good choice at all
