Omg.. this is a down right gorgeous home. The dream home! The landscaping and design is absolutely jaw dropping. I’ve seen a lot of homes, but this layout has different dimensions. Very unique. I would love to have my home designed very similar to this one. Thanks for the viewing.

Bro man great channel, I’m breaking into this realstate trade and I’m probably going to do great and make a lot of money because I’m gifted at this stuff, new construction and/or home renovations, loved this stuff since I brought my second property it was a total rehab, just wanted to say great job, great presentation maybe show the best parts of the house first next time, me and my wife was about to turn to the next property but then it got better, also bro you missed a lot of great details on the materials they used in the kitchen like what were the cabinets and the island were made of, over all you did great 👍 we’re in the market for something very similar to this modern contemporary home, but we are looking to move south of Maryland, a bit far for my commute but wifey does work from home so Fairfax is not bad, much continued success to you brother inshallah 🤲🏽

Nice home but I'm pretty sure for the price it's just a little bit to tight for me space. Beautiful home.
I live very close to this new build and there are a few issues with it. It’s a modern build on a street that doesn’t have many modern designed homes. It’s on a busy street with an elementary school on it that gets very busy in the mornings and afternoons with pick up and drop offs. Parking is also not the greatest for guests if your having a large gathering.
I have lived on the same street as a school for at least 40yrs and it wasn't a problem at all as a matter of fact I went there as a child and so did my children and now one of my grandsons. So I guess it depends on your lifestyle.

I didn't mind the hand. You're doing everything a realtor would do which is point out features/things. I'm not a squirrel, so I don't get distracted like one. Even my heavily AD/HD friends managed to watch without complaining. But we're humans, not squirrels 😒 The house isn't my style. I prefer a modern Victorian. Oxymoronic, I know. But I'll keep watching your videos in case you find one, whether the vid is hands full or hands free 🤭

Man, if I had a large family, I would certainly choose this house and design. On average of $225 per sq ft we talking $1.7 million for this home, or higher.
$1.7 mill based to $8 mill on the high end, is my guestomation.
It's under contract just under 4 million.
The lot alone is worth $900k to $1.2 million

For folks who are familiar with this part of N. Virginia... We know that properties in McLean (& neighboring Arlington) are frequently wayyy overpriced! Both the tax assessments & property tax rates are inflated. Additionally, there's no way (in hell) that I'm going to buy a $1+Million property when the neighbors are less than 20-30 yds away.
How do you determine if an area is overpriced if people continue to buy the properties?
An individual or family who can afford a $4 million property like the one in this video is at the top of the food chain in both earnings and education.
Why are these types of people consistently choosing to live near each other in multimillion dollar homes?
Its possible that you do not understand these people and the decisions they make because you are not one of them.
It may be wise for you to ask questions about these types of people decisions until you are able to afford a multimillion dollar home 🏡

I have personal friends who live in McLean, Va - such as a couple who are both PhD economists. One earned his PhD at Harvard & the other earned hers at Cambridge. You really sound totally IGNORANT not knowing my background or who I know. (Such as the fact that two of my relatives worked for millionaire Reginald Lewis - Beatrice Foods prior to his death).
I've also got people in my immediate family & friends circle who have been 6-figure earners for 2+ DECADES.
What YOU apparently don't comprehend is the overall business of marketing & branding in America. Many consumers overspend on items based upon over-inflated "perceived value." (Not because the product has any REAL tangible higher value than a competing product).
For example, Why in the hell would I spend $2.0 Million on a property in McLean when I can go to areas like Potomac, Bowie, or Accokeek Maryland & get a larger property (more square footage), nicer design, sitting on a larger parcel of land, & closer to melanated (NON-caucasoid) neighbors?
OR for people who "love" Virginia, they can go westward towards or past Loudoun County & get NICER PROPERTIES FOR LESS $Money.
If you understood how assessments are typically done in N. Virginia, 55%+ of the tax assessor's valuations are based upon their inflated valuations of the DIRT that the residential structures are sitting on. Not the actual tangible value of the structures & any landscape improvements.
That (in turn) allows them to run bloated county governments that are often inept at providing services to the community & constituents.
Look, I don't have energy nor time to TEACH you about market dynamics & local U.S. government bureaucracy.
But, miss me with your bullshyt sales pitch kid. BTW, I'm also a mid-level RE Investor.
So your typical sales hype would not work on me.
If the avg. home-owners in McLean & North Arlington are SOO "affluent," then why are so many HUNDREDS of them routinely showing up at the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors meetings & the Arlington County Board meetings TO COMPLAIN about the increasingly escalating costs of living in N. Virginia?
