2:49 "This is kind of our 'wow' feature when you walk into the house." Yeah. Like, "wow, why is that giant staircase hitting me directly in the face? Can I get a table or something to put my keys on?"
Cool house for sure. It’s basic, but quirky. I thought it was going to feel industrial/warehouse in the beginning but after watching the whole video I must admit the architect did a great job turning a large space into a beautiful canvas. Hopefully the owner adds to its quirks and turns it into a home!
Beautiful home. Nice big yard for my KIDS, not dogs. Sorry, I am not having any dogs pooping in my nice clean yard and disturbing us nor my neighbors. I have respect of my neighbors.
Very pleasantly surprised by the home and the space. Great building materials and larger than I expected. I'm not into multi level homes but this is nice. Like the land as well.
So much house, so little patio and deck space. This is Georgia; you can enjoy the outdoors pretty much all year ‘round. The layout and exterior are not for me, but I can tell that the finishing work is exceptional. Impeccable eye for detail. Really not sure about all those solid cabinet doors in the closet. It might look clean, but who wants to open all those doors just to find what they are looking for? I’d be so sad walking into that house and seeing the builder preemptively frosted the windows. I guess I’m biased, because I’ve never understood someone spending this kind of money on a spec home. All that being said, I’d hire you and your team….just not the architect or designer. Thanks for uploading!
This is nice but I would feel like I live in an office or an art gallery. It's very cold looking, if you get what I'm saying. It doesn't look warm & cozy like a home should, but it's definitely a nice piece of design. I'll give it that. You must have an acquired taste for this type of architecture. I'm sure someone will scoop it up soon here in Atlanta. I see modern homes are becoming more and more popular.
This is a beautiful home. I love the choice of materials-the stone walls in the master bathroom is OVER THE TOP! Love the prep kitchen and the faux kitchen-both are gorgeous and meet the functionality of the space. I didn’t love walking in to the stairwell, the covered closets, and the non-plastered doors behind I the master. I would love more backyard landscape design. (Now all I need is $5 million so my “concerns” matter) 😂
The dining room/ table is a mile away. This brongs me to the question whats the 1st kitchen for? S pit stop to the dining table in a far far away land? Presentation is 10/10
Very creative using commercial design on the front glass. For a more modern design inside, I would go taller headers on the windows (to 9’+) to make them closer to ceiling to floor, and reduce the width or number of windows.
Absolutely gorgeous home!!! My concern is that with so much glass, the home will be too hard to heat and cool. How energy efficient are the windows/doors? Was the home built with spray foam insulation?
This is great... if I wanna live in an office building. How a house can be so expensive and so unappealing at the same time is beyond me. Well done, sir... it's an accomplishment for sure.
And I'm not against modern, F2C windows, Bauhaus, etc... I'm not into traditional in most cases. Modern is fine, but this is just not the way to do it. This reminds me of a more expensive version of Michael Jordan's Chicagoland property (though they have updated that one since, but there's a reason why it never sold as it was). High end, low taste.
One positive thing to say: high end lighting control system is probably good, and the wall-mounted toilets are also a very good move. I could find more positives, but they don't make up for what I commented above. I hope you sell it though... I wish success for all who work hard and smart. This one just isn't my thing.
Nice 👍 but not crazy about the foyer design and I would’ve wanted a bigger fireplace in the den, assuming that was the den. Love the kitchen/w the prep kitchen 🫠. This home is definitely a head turner 🤩. I’m more into traditional style homes but when I was a teen through my 20s this would’ve been for me 🤣.
Now, let’s see the perfectly good home that was torn down to build this. House is okay, a little cold, but I respect the details. But this is a spec home, so no real reason for it. Oh Atlanta.
If you have the money - great house at least in the video. What nakes me laugh is that designers and buyers have finally admitted that ooen concept living isn’t the best when you have OCD and want your house to be Better Homes and Gardens ready at all times - so they gave actually built two high end kitchens back to back - one hidden fir work and mess and one simply for show. The next stage is the building of a 6 bedroom 7 bath 6-7 thousand square foot home for show attached to a 2 thousand square foot bungalow where the owners actually live. 😂😂😂😂😂
It's more of a chef's kitchen than "the dirty kitchen". So when you hire a chef, he can come right in, cook your food and doesn't have to be part of the family or whatever is going on in the rest of the house. The other kitchen is good to use when you want to be included with what's going on in the rest of the home.
Until i seen your comment i was thinking the same thing, this home needs an elevator , would I buy it absolutely, i remember now seeing this house on Zillow last month
It doesn't have a GRAND ENTRANCE for the price point....you walk into a beautiful front door RIGHT into a staircase😮 then you have to walk to the right to view the grandeur of the home
This is just like every other "modern" home in atlanta. All these builders are making the same thing. No coziness. No warmth. Feels like a office with nice furnishings.
The home is nice but I’m fully against these types of modern homes being built in locations that don’t match the aesthetic. These homes need to be in sunny locations with surrounding natural elements. Central to South FL, SoCal, AZ, Vegas, Texas are where these designs look the best.
This house is just big a lot of “unnecessary” features that’s not actually functional just to seem cool. A lot of accidents will happen around that pool for sure. FOr THIS TYPE of money those frosty half glass feels tacky, all the sinks are extremely small, nothing really flows as a family house. It’s more a party gallery I have money so I’ll by it type house. It’s like they put millions windows and a lot of glass to make us seem luxury but it’s a hard sale. The garages are in the front not the side. But is a huge space.
I actually like modern, as long as it makes good use of the available space. The commercial/office hotel vibes folks are talking about in the comments dont bother me at all, the design elements are fine, but where they're all placed is beyong confusing. The staircase seems to have an ego problem, it renders great usable space on the entry and basement levels unusable just for the sake of being seen 1st. Walking into a house then immediately into a staircase and glass railing 3-4 feet later seem unappealing. Seems it be a tough ask moving large furniture items in and out for no good reason.... 2 story outdoor space above the pool doesn't seem to serve a functional or stylish purpose. Can't do any entertaining on the pool deck because pool is too large for its chosen location and too close to entryways. The Jr. Primary suite is the only winner on that floor also long as no one sleeping in it needs to cross the pool, its an awkward walk from that patio, which could be easily solved by added one more walk patch in the pool. Oddly there's plenty of room in backyard to extend pool deck but that likely wouldve hit the budget hard becuase wouldve likely had to extend and reinforce the foundation to accommodate the extra weight of extendng the deck. Which makes putting the the pool at ground level a much smarter idea imo, and making the entertainment space in the basement more usable by relocating the staircase. Frees up a lot of the deck flow. Didn't see the garage but 2 doors look like they can accommodate vehicles, which makes me wonder if the 3rd door and flex space for bikes and or golf carts or gym equipment or a makers space? Still a beautiful home. You guys clearly have talent on your team. Best of Luck on all youre future projects.
Modern homes are just stunning!
I concur
2:49 "This is kind of our 'wow' feature when you walk into the house." Yeah. Like, "wow, why is that giant staircase hitting me directly in the face? Can I get a table or something to put my keys on?"
Agreed..... Why in the world is that staircase directly in front of that door? That just blew the whole thing for me.
No expense speared! " Absolutely Perfection" This home needs to be showcased in a architectural magazine! ❤❤💯
This is my type of a place. Simple architecture but awesome looking
This type of channel is needed. Love the detailed walkthroughs. This should get you some views and subscribers!
Much appreciated!

I really like the way you describe things from a builders perspective very cool
This house is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
Beautiful home. Well thought out space planning and wonderful finishes.
Beautiful home. Nice big yard for my KIDS, not dogs. Sorry, I am not having any dogs pooping in my nice clean yard and disturbing us nor my neighbors. I have respect of my neighbors.
I dig the Jr. primary closet. Especially if you came under budget. Simple yet elegant with the LED's.
I love ❤️ modern houses!!Great detailed video. I would love one.
4:33 Bro said "good juicy wine". He just earned a subscriber 😂
Wow, an architect actually did it, it looks like a car dealership
Yes. I was trying to figure out what it reminded me of lol.
Extremely interesting and informative. Lovely Home.❤❤❤.
Looks cold and industrial
Dream home here I love it so much. I would buy this house with the staging furniture too they compliment each room so perfectly
Nicely done. Ya'll have some talent on your team!
Very pleasantly surprised by the home and the space. Great building materials and larger than I expected. I'm not into multi level homes but this is nice. Like the land as well.
LOVELY HOME I LOVE MODERN STYLE HOMES JUST SO OUT OF MY RANGE RITE NOW
This house feels like an office that’s trying not to be like an office
Or a hotel trying to be a home😅
Every time someone try and do a unique house here comes the office comment…I’m glad too see something different than a normal looking house
Awesome home😎this is somewhere i would live🤠♥️
I would buy it too something different from other home I seen
Why would you have a three car garage but only have a driveway to two bays? What an odd front elevation.
I didn't even notice. That is strange.
Maybe lawn mower 🤔
Love the house! Only thing it’s missing is a 3rd kitchen for when you don’t want to get the second kitchen messy. And a helipad.
😂😂😂
Right? lol
Great looking house! You're crushing it

I like you don't hear noise when people walk around... I am very particular about noise... LOL
Damn. This is a freakin gorgeous, well designed home. Love it. Great job. Love the kitchens.

Farmhouse is disgusting lol

You and me both on the $5mil 😉 but you raise some valid concerns, all of which I agree on.
Peter you're a cool guy Bro. Amazing work with this beautiful & sunny home
Beautiful house pete👍👍Allen
Landscape audio by the pool would have been nice. Especially since the outdoor space is for entertaining, and for the family to have fun.
Great minds think alike! It's already pre-wired for audio everywhere!
The dining room/ table is a mile away. This brongs me to the question whats the 1st kitchen for? S pit stop to the dining table in a far far away land?
Presentation is 10/10
Really beautiful home! Great job!
Looks like an office building.
My first thought.
🤣 Talk about working from home lmaooooo 😉.
Was literally about to post this haha. Modern architecture is a tragedy
Stunning
LOVE IT !!!!!!!
Something about your demeanor makes me what to do business with you, I just don't need you at this point but I hope some day I will. Loved the video.
We are here when you are ready! 🙏
Awesome Peter! I love the homes layout and form. Now Subscribed!
This home is AMAZING
Great job. Beautiful home.
Very creative using commercial design on the front glass.

Nice!🔥🔥💥💥
Beautiful property. What were the terms when acquiring the property?
Fantastic home with awesome finishes . What kind of flooring did you use ?
Love this home
Beautifully done but I did not notice theater room
Would have been really cool to put the electric tint on the bathroom windows. That way you could turn it on to still be able to see the backyard
Modern and beautiful ❤️
Beautiful house,,loveeee
Really nice. If only the driveway allowed access to the third garage
Amazing!!!
Absolutely gorgeous home!!! My concern is that with so much glass, the home will be too hard to heat and cool. How energy efficient are the windows/doors? Was the home built with spray foam insulation?
Completely insulated using spray foam and other methods to add sound dampening as well! She stays warm in the winter!
My drems house one day 😅❤👍✴🙏😎

In took tide and sharp in the heart of the fill of there in the testiment heart in the field art., 🎨🎭🖌️🎨🎭🖌️🖌️😊.,

Bro, I thought you were high AF because you were talking so slow. But then I checked my speed, and it was somehow on .75 lol.😂😂
That old-school elevator from "Scarface " would've just completed this masterpiece. 🎉
If you have the money - great house at least in the video. 😅😅😅
So how much?
4.6 million
Great looking BUT as an ATL resident and lover of contemporary homes, these can be a tough sell in ATL. At $4.635MM, may be really tough.
it would have been even nicer with an elevator.
Nonsense
Until i seen your comment i was thinking the same thing, this home needs an elevator , would I buy it absolutely, i remember now seeing this house on Zillow last month
@@wandastokes9891how much 🤑
Elevator can be added!
what was the cost for this modern master piece
Bucket list ...added
now this is my style
looks like a boutique medical office building
Gorgeous! where did you get the main kitchen cabinets from?
The three front facing garage doors totally detract from the amazing look of this residential structure.
We live on 11th and Crescent on warm days we walk through the neighborhood all the time, forgot to mention.
How can I get plans for this house, love this house.
Amazing place 🇬🇧
It doesn't have a GRAND ENTRANCE for the price point....you walk into a beautiful front door RIGHT into a staircase😮 then you have to walk to the right to view the grandeur of the home
hello Peter nice tour; what is the cost of this home? What is the square footage of this home?
Who did your stairs?? Love Them!!!
Compleat Stair in Kennesaw GA
Can you build something similar in NJ? But I also need an elevator, rooftop deck and a master bedroom with terrace.
I like it.🔥 It gives Tesla dealership vibes though.
Do you guys need any Glass restoration?
Did an excellent job with this but I can only imagine how expensive it would be to maintain this house with all that glass.
What are the expenses that comes with a house having this much glass? Well other than regular cleaning
Wow ❤
Nice🫡 one crucial feature not mentioned is an elevator.
This is just like every other "modern" home in atlanta. All these builders are making the same thing. No coziness. No warmth. Feels like a office with nice furnishings.
Not as nice as you think!
I like all the extra light and view but it looks too commercial
Grand front elevation but the entry is awkward. You're just greeted by a staircase obstructing the backyard views and a narrow living area.
Does the architect travel to other locations i.e. states and cities if a person was interested in them designer their home?
Linear statement tripod in linear tirpod statement 😊😊🎉🎉

It is “primary” or “principal” bedroom and bathroom.😉
If you’re an obsessed liberal it is.
Any kind of privacy on the front glass wall or can anyone passing by just see right into your home?
Lovely house...how much is this house going for?....
4.5

This is a beach style house not residential and not safe from gun shots or 5.0 I need a bunker style home to feel safe lol.
What do you mean ‘Terms’ for buying property
Think cash instead of financing, no inspection, no due diligence, fast close.
I watched it too times already

I can’t afford it. Next!!🥴
What is the price
