His actual name is Michael John Angel and he’s one of the best painters in the world. He owns a renowned art school in Florence to this day and is one of the best traditional oil painters of all time. An absolutely amazing man. So cool you got to see this place and how very sad that Bob Ross never was able to experience this place before his untimely death. Awesome video! You can watch the snowfall and rain in the summer and just enjoy it. Loved the Jack and Jill bathroom too. You are right, the only thing that needed to be changed was the wrecking ball.
Likely too much water damage in the ceiling/walls and the floors. Floors/tile is cracking and sinking and pulling away from the walls. It's not safe. I just hope they at least salvage what can be reused.
I’m thinking it’s being ‘dozed because of foundation issues. Would explain the sloping floors. It might have been more cost-effective to just tear it down than try to fix the foundation.
New owners would have to repair the foundation and then update the decor of the house. That’s a huge house to remodel. Nobody’s interested in a project like that. Seems like a waste of resources tho, tearing it down. I feel bad for all the skilled tradesmen who put in a lot of work building all of what we just saw.
