The facade is lovely and the finish level is exquisite! The layout would be difficult to live in, though, but that’s a general 2-storey problem. It definitely wouldn’t be the easiest home to bring in groceries from the car, or run from your primary bedroom to the kitchen like you would, in a single-level-living bungalow.

The gaps on the floor aria vents look massive. The ones i installed in my house have smaller gaps so it blends in better

Love the house! One thing I would love to know in a new video would be the ceiling heights in the various rooms, window heights, and door heights for the house. Everything looks amazing and I love the attention to detail. It also seemed like the doors were frameless? I couldn’t tell from the lighting, but the concealed door hinges were also a really nice touch. Great job!

Yes exterior is nice. Driveway needs to be paved black. Inter into the front door with steps in my face and a dining table looks tacky. I dont like the layout of the entire interior rooms. The pool is in the dam way and the backyard is to steep downward it shouldve been leveled out. Ill give it a 4 only cause the exterior windows and stucco

It doesn't have a GRAND ENTRANCE for the price point....you walk into a beautiful front door RIGHT into a staircase😮 then you have to walk to the right to view the grandeur of the home
