I believe in Texas for that price, the completed sauna room, elevator, more garage doors, and pool with pool house on at least 5 acres or more would get you to 5mil here.
I look at the videos for the Texas houses too!! 🙋🏾♀️ This house would be between $500,000 to maybe $800,000 in Texas. I don't think it's right that they can charge these many different prices from state to state. I get it! Cost of living, the area, they all play a part in the pricing. It still isn't fair.
@@Divatologist I have family in Texas and this would go for about 1.1-1.5 million depending on the area. Texas is cheap but it’s not dirt cheap. But you can get a lot of bang for your buck in Texas. We plan on building our custom house there in the near future.

A house like this in Frisco, Proper, Celina, etc.. Is anywhere from $2-3M easy.. Oh and BTW, we don't have homes like that - it has a basement!! 😂

Why are the gutter downspouts not buried leading away from the foundation of the house? All of that water is going to drain under the foundation and cause a problem. At 0.32 that drain is going to flood out that space by the garage.

Lovely place, only thing is how do you pay 5m’s for a place and there is zero outdoor features or space? At that number I’d be looking for a full resort style outdoor area. That’s just me tho.
We work to much in this area for all that and builders know it 😂😂😂 we just want the space without the maintenance.

big upstairs, non-primary, bedroom. Too many "sections". Poor layout. Lots of room and dead space.
"They did not cut corners on this house." I beg to differ. Lots of nice "touches" and a lot of "cheap outs". Including lots of wasted space.
A nice touch to help justify the price would be "blackout windows." Flip a switch and windows go opaque for privacy. Especially for bathrooms that open to windows facing the street and/or neighbors. "Oh, but you can add curtains!" Yea, and eliminate "the view" and "natural light" you are hyping.
For the love of god will someone please close those toilet lids??? That bugs the hell out of me seeing them all open.
Why do they even have toilets? Those things are disgusting.
