When houses can't be like-for-like comped, you revert to the residential cost per sq. ft. in the neighborhood. McLean is a very affluent part of NoVA. New money buyers probably don't want to live in some older homes with out of date floor plans.
@0:27 there is a multifamily apartment across the street and they want 3million in a none gate community make it make sense. I don’t care how affluent you say nova is you might as well built it next to a liquor store and quickmart
@@MRKNOWITALL99.9 Gated communities are extremely rare in Mclean, VA, and the houses in the gates communities usually start in the $8mil. $3mil is considered upper middle class in Mclean. So, the quickmart and liquor store you speak of, is high end. By the way, that isn't multifamily. That's a badly designed single family.
@@kelgbrown007 regardless of your excuses 3million for that neighbor is insane unless you have insecurities and want to have the biggest house on the block. The fact that someone justifies this is absolutely disgusting it gives gaslighting and narcissistic characteristics. Honestly you build a 3million dollar beautiful home in a neighborhood where the closest comp is 500k and that’s being generous, they say a fool and his money will soon part. 🤣🤣🤣
@@kelgbrown007 6328 Mori St. is the house that looks like a multifamily unit but if you drive up and down Kellogg drive nothing in that neighborhood says that house belongs there. Granted it parts of No. Va. that have beautiful homes this isn’t it. These homes are 250k-375k at most. Ridiculous 😂😂🤣

Thanks for sharing! Loved that master bath!
The house seems out of place in that neighborhood. I’d be interested in seeing what the comp’s in that area are. Home is beautiful though

This one is fantastic!
Beautiful! What did they use for the glossy white cabinets in the kitchen? It makes the space look so modern! Love it!!
Yes.
I see why the real estate agents hoard the old incandescent lightbulbs. The place looks sterile and not warm like a home should be. Nice house though.
Question does this builder or toll brother build in maryland
Yes toll brothers builds in Maryland and this builder could depending on the area. What location were you looking at?
@@arlingtonvirginiarealestate southern maryland
